History
Established in 2011.
The concept of Bizwire was developed in early 2010. Jim Ruether was just entering into his second year of the doctoral program at Argosy University and George Tingley was working with a Traditional Ad Agency in Atlanta. The two of us agreed that the marketing industry was entering into an evolutionary change and that this was a good time to figure out what was going on. George had plenty of customers that used his Static advertising products and Jim needed a dissertation topic that would be interesting and usable. They came to a simple agreement, Jim would spend 40 to 60 hours researching the Marketing 2.0 trends and then we would meet for 3 hours per week with a small group of business owners to see what works and what does not.
