The layout is wide-open and kept very clean. The kitchen has fancy coffee, ample dishware, and space to store food brought from home. For coworking, there are tables and seating areas scattered throughout that are open to anyone, desks that are reserved for monthly members, and conference/private rooms along the perimeter available to reserve. Even though both times I visited were quieter than a normal day (e.g. the day before Thanksgiving), I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming. It was also an easy transition to come in as a guest. I arrived and was able to check in within moments and start working. The dedicated staffer Michelle was friendly as well. She showed me around and was readily available for anything that was needed by me or other coworking space members.

Home to office spaces, a brewery (Upright), the Leftbank Cafe, a shared office space (the Hive) and a communal area, the winding, maze-like structure is home to a colony of progressive workers, projects, and all sorts of stuff. I've been in here quite a few times to meet with folks, I've stopped in to the cafe, and I threw an event in the communal space, and I love the brewery downstairs. While parking can be a bit of an issue when an event is taking place, it's got a great central location and, at least for me, the historic and design-forward remodel aspects are close to my heart.
