It is almost unbelievable that I am having to write an update to my prior review, but here we are…read more No, we have NOT done business with Regus again and haven't in many years. In fact, we have not had an office at Regus since 2018. As a quick recap: in 2019, well after we left and our account was settled, Regus suddenly decided we owed them money and sent the debt to collections. The only way I could get this resolved was to reach out to the CEO of this huge company directly-- and it was promptly fixed. Well, color me shocked when on Wednesday, Sept 1, 2021, I received ANOTHER invoice from Regus in Bakersfield. Again, we have not had an office there for literally more than 3 years at this point. Looking at the invoice, they are trying to bill us for a conference room rental on August 29, 2018. I am just beside myself at this point. We have talked to corporate and gotten confirmation in writing from the office of the CEO that we owe nothing to Regus and left our account in good standing when we terminated our lease. I have no idea what these folks running the local office are doing, but it is clear they are as disorganized and unprofessional as ever. STAY FAR AWAY-- there are now other companies in town that offer this same kind of office set up in much better buildings with much more organized and professional staff.

They advertise online that their virtual offices are available 24/7 to book;…read morehowever, after we signed up for their service they told us they are only available Mon - Fri from 8-5 p.m. We were expecting to start the first of the month, but found out that we cannot access the office on Saturday so we told them we are not interested since we need the office on Saturday. Before our contract even started they refused to refund our money and said that we have to pay them for the entire year for an office we can't use. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign the contract and then try to take your money without providing the service. Completely unprofessional.
