This guy is the biz! Highly knowledge and doesn't give you the bullshit techno babble some places do to swindle you out of your hard earned money. I had a serious computer glitch. Took the PC to one shop, got ripped off. there didn't do anything. Actually I had more problems after I got it back than before giving it. A friend of mine mentioned Bits and bytes and feeling dubious about getting it fixed by another computer repair engineer, I decided to give this guy a shot. Not only was he cheap, but even told me the problems, and how to prevent it in the future. Been back several times for upgrades and such, and never had a fault since. Top notch guy all round.
