Was recently visiting my family in Hudson and had dinner with some friends ... very disappointed. The food was just ok, it was freezing inside and the lobster ravioli was not cooked with crunchy pasta. The management was very nonchalant, and at least offered a free dessert. Great atmosphere, but the food needs to be prepared better. Not inexpensive, so please step it up read more

The Yelp reviews did not disappoint! The food was amazing; had the short rib with gnocchi. Meat was perfectly tender the truffle mushroom cream sauce was delicious and the sprouts were roasted perfectly. Steph our waitress was great and friendly, drinks from the bar were great. Came for dinner, the good news is the food and drinks are amazing! The bad news is the prices and portions are not. I got the street corn bowl and it was smaller portions than I'm used to. You def have to order protein to go with it or you'll be hungry after. It's lettuce, pico de gallo, beans and corn and pickled onions. Adding chicken makes it $19...for a small salad. My friend got the two short rib tacos for $16 but she had to order fries separately to go with it. It would be nice to come with beans and rice. It reminds me more of a tapas bar, smaller portions. Wine starts at $10 a glass. Excellent service though and clean place. Next time I would try the pasta or something more substantial. read more

Burger had no flavor and Bloody Mary was watered down. Disappointing this place used to be good

Tried this restaurant for the first time after changing hands a few times. We arrived early and it wasn't yet busy. Took a few minutes to review the menu and order or food and drinks. Appetizers came out about 30-40 min later (chowder, thick cut bacon). The appetizers were quite good - soup a bit salty, but still very tasty and full of clams. The bacon was interesting - spicy and tender, we'd definitely order it again. We selected the fish and short rib tacos - both arrived around 60 minutes later and were very good, fresh, and flavorful. The tacos did not come with any sides as an FYI. The waitress checked on our orders and was very attentive. They market the restaurant as a 'scratch kitchen' so plan accordingly and head over for a nice meal. read more

I noticed help wanted for all positions and they were closing early so I am guessing they are very short staffed. For that reason and the fact our server was good I gave it 3 instead of 2 stars. Our server was excellent; attentive and pleasant. The corn bread app is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Soooo good! Unfortunately, the rest of the food was incredibly slow to come out. Our burgers (that we ordered medium) were hockey pucks. The french fries were fine but all small ends, like we got the bottom of the batch. Short rib entree was a little all over the place. The short rib was cooked well, tender and quite good. It came with roasted brussel sprouts that were also roasted perfectly but they were ruined because they were swimming in gluey, flavorless truffled mushroom cream sauce. The gnocchi (also in the pool of glue) was also dense and flavorless. I think gnocchi is a tough one unless you make it day of (and that's labor intensive). Anyway that dish could have been saved with a more flavorful sauce only on the gnocchi (and def not on the crispy roasted brussel sprouts!). read more

I am not easily impressed with food. I eat just about everything but am very picky in how food is prepared. I would prefer to spend $30 on a really good dish versus $15 on a meal that I do not enjoy. Last night was my third time eating at 603 bistro and my family's first time. There was not any food left over ! For an appetizer we got the cornbread with whipped vanilla butter. I knew there was corn in it and that, if my husband knew, he would not eat it. He doesn't like vegetables. He immediately noticed but continued eating. He ate 1/3 of the app and wanted more. The last time we got cornbread at a restaurant with actual corn in it, he took a bite and spit it out. The meals were not huge but definitely delicious. For the second time, I got fish tacos. On the plate you get 3 tacos and that's it, no fries, no pickle, nothing. If my husband ordered that and was hungry, he would not have been happy....he would never get that anyway due to all the veggies plus, I knew the small portion size. He got the seafood plate ($32) when finished, all the seafood was gone with only a few fries remaining. We did all have room for dessert. I got the best one....grilled pineapple with ice cream, coconut and cherries. Different and so delicious. Not an inexpensive place but you can always depend on a great meal. If your very hungry, pay attention to what the dish comes with....to ensure you choose a dish that will satisfy your appetite. Note - they do have a good amount of outdoor seating. I was impressed with Bistro603, as were my coworkers. I needed a place that could handle dinner for 45 people with various dietary requirements (GF, Vegan, vegetarian), and the menu here fit the bill. Not only that, they did not blink when I said I would need room for 45-45 people. Fortunately they have a nice room in the back which they set up with two massive tables, and I have to say they served us unflinchingly. I heard very positive comments from my coworkers on the food. For me, this was a risk as I had not been to the restaurant before, but have been to their sister restaurant in Waltham. Thankfully, the Nashua location was good as well. The menu has plenty of variety to suit all, and prices were reasonable. Service from the kitchen was spot on, especially given the large party. I'll have to return on my own to evaluate more closely, but these guys did a great job for my business dinner. read more

Their website says they're open until 10pm but when my party of three arrived at 7:40 the hostess kept rudely reiterating that they stop serving at 8pm and the bar closes at 9:00pm. Okay, well it's only 7:40 and it's not going to take us 20 minutes to order food. So she asked again "are you sure you want a table? " at that point we didn't bother and said we could just sit at the bar. "Well, it's the same kitchen so it's the same deal." Okay. We ordered in less then two minutes and the bartender was a lot more gracious and the food was good. However, ten minutes later an older couple sat down at the same bar and they were greeted way more politely. Would give a 4 star rating but because of employees wanting to get out of work early doesn't make up for the lack of professionalism or trying to turn business away. read more

Bistro 603 is top-notch. The pasta bolognese is the best I have ever had, and the warm Buddha bowl is a tasty sensation. The atmosphere has a cool vibe that adds to the experience. It feels like you're on Boston's Newbury Street. That's a good place to be, especially when you don't have to leave Nashua. read more

The food was good, but the overall experience was horrible. We met some old friends for dinner on Saturday night. We had appetizers and dinner and spent about 2 hrs catching up. Little atmosphere, and the food was C+. Our guests ordered a dessert to finish the evening. One of the managers came to our booth and told us we needed to leave our table because they had people waiting for our seats. While this was the first time I had had this experience, we paid over $200 and left even before our guests received their dessert. On a positive note, our waitress was terrific, and she would get 4 Stars. read more

My wife and I went there to see how it compared to the 110 Grill and thought this was much better. Better service, better food, a good time. I had the Oyster Burger which sounded a bit strange but was delicious, my wife had the crunch wrap burger and she said it was great also. We'll be stopping back here again. read more

Very good vegan date night. I appreciated the separate vegan menu that had similar options and price as the item on the main menu. Cauliflower tacos were crispy and flavorful. 2 small tacos, i could have used a side salad. The veggie crunch wrap was more of a tostada than a wrap. Still very tasty. We walked into this strip mall bar not expecting much, but there was some good reviews. Sitting at the bar we were greeted promptly and enjoyed a hot and dirty martini made well. We ordered up the Buddha bowl..good but could use more seasoning and the oyster po boy..again good but the bread could have been better. Great experience tonight. So nice that they have their own gluten free fryer. The short rib mac was very tasty and my significant other really enjoyed their village pie special. Our waitress was just a peach. So so friendly and definitely made our experience 10/10 so thank you Christina! It was nice that the floor manager checked up on us and that there were staff cleaning off our table when they could. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure. read more

This place doesn't look like anything spectacular from the outside, but do not let that fool you!! The restaurant has done a lot to work with Covid restrictions and they're nailing it. The staff were all wearing masks, there were plexiglass dividers around, many tables had signs stating they weren't in use, social distancing/limited seating was being observed, and there was sanitizer readily available. The restaurant (& restrooms) were clean and Despite, all the Covid adaptations, the staff made everything feel very normal. We were greeted & seated right away and the host seemed to be wearing many hats like bussing our table at the end of our meal. Our server, Katie, was pleasant and personable and she was easily able to answer questions about the menu. Great service!! I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood heavy menu. Our server highly recommended the Tiny Clams appetizer which I, also, now highly recommend!! It was pretty amazing. For an entree I had the crab stuffed salmon which was delicious and cooked perfectly. Served with asparagus & au gratin potatoes and topped with a buerre blanc. I wasn't really expecting much from the outside, but Bistro603 blew me away with their stellar service and amazing food. I don't know who the chef is, but he's talented and it really shows. Great food!! Walked right in, service was on point. Down side the tap wasn't working so only domestic beers :(, the highlight is the food tonight was the short rib Mac and cheese, crab cakes were delicious about a 4 star, tuna tacos a 4.5 only b/c it seemed like everything was just thrown together but taste was delicious, paella for me was ok but my parents loved it. Size matters. Correct the cook when frying cook same size items together and you will never overcook or undercook... all items were cooked together small ones were burned to a crisp large were okay.. My husband, two kids and I stumbled upon this place while in the area for an event. It did not disappoint. We went on a Saturday and were able to order breakfast before they ended brunch at 3pm, which my daughter was so excited about. She had the kids French toast which came with cinnamon butter she loved. My son got the kid's pizza which was just okay. I got the chicken and NOT waffles Benedict and.. wow. Every bite was SO good. My husband got the Crunchwrap burger, which our lovely waitress said was her favorite, and he loved it. The dining area is big and the bar was full. Extremely Slow Service, pan seared scallops were overcooked and so chewy it felt like I was chewing gum. Very disappointing experience.

I've had a few dinners here that were just fine. No complaints. Brunch was a different experience entirely. The pancakes were so burned as to be crunchy and blackened and the side of bacon was served at room temperature. My partner's short rib Benedict was good. The nitro cold brew wasn't bad. We barely saw our waiter. I will come back for dinner, but never again for brunch. 2 stars to give credit for solid dinner service and food. read more

Service was great! Loved it! I just got into town and the feel was super chill. I got here a bit early so it was mostly empty, but it has picked up and is a hopping little spot. I had some steak spring rolls, delightful! Maybe a bit over toasted, but you'd never know cause they are long gone! Then had braised pork belly tacos. Holy pork bellies! So good! Only thing that was a downside is they serve it with corn chips and the salsa that came with was just not enough. But overall, great! read more

We were out and about doing errands and I have to thank Yelp for helping us find this gem of a restaurant. Our waitress Michaela was so super attentive and awesome. She asked about my allergies before I even had a chance to think about what I was ordering and made suggestions around them at every turn because I have some pretty crazy food aversions. The manager came over within 10 or 15 minutes to check on us and found out it was our first time there. Overall super impressed. All the food was excellent, the service was amazing. We will be back. This was a solid "okay". Stopped by early on a Friday and sat at the bar. The drinks we got were great, a coffee old fashioned and a Tito's- mosa. We chose to just get 2 apps to share as it was the brunch menu and we weren't really expecting that. We had wings and fried oysters. This is where the "okay" comes in. It certainly wasn't bad but I wouldn't call it delicious. I would not order either of those again, the oysters were very small and unseasoned (they had a good dipping sauce with lemon and tarragon) and the wings were alright, also with a tasty dill dipping sauce. I will give it another shot based on the great service and drinks alone. read more
