You know how it is, sunday afternoon bored at home with no idea what to eat, you get a phone call from a friend saying to meet up to grab a bite. The food was really delicious, we got a grill plate for 2 and it was gigantic. Everything tasted really really good. Maybe the only thing i could complain a bit, is that to get our drinks refilled we had to run after the waitress, they are somehow a bit distracted on that matter. Other than that, everything was excellent, "good" location if coming from Cologne, like 5 minutes from the train station, great food, great service, and as any well managed restaurant they accept Credit Cards!

I drink a lot of kolsch when I visit Koeln, but the wines here were just too good to pass up--and good prices too. I had a steak with a mustard crust--fantastic--but they are well known for their "steak on a stone". Their menu changes often, but everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. Come early and take a stroll in the beautiful Japanese garden that is near the restaurant.
