very clean and puristic room, ie kept simple and equipped with just the necessities. comfy beds if…read moreyou dont prefer to rest on a very hard matress. breakfast is continental with local delights. everytime we stay at this hotel we book only half board, because it would be a sin not to eat out and try the restaurants in close walking distance. if you are in for meat, you've come to the right place. hotel staff is very welcoming, friendly and happy to help. to sum it up, you'll have a nice stay for a moderate price.

It takes up the 3rd and 4th floors of a building that houses a noisy bar on the ground floor. The elevator won't go to the 3rd floor for some reason. The bathroom stunk. I would not stay here with kids. There is nothing quaint or old about Borlänge or the main drag.
