Once the Eclipse Awning arrived things went really well. The installation THREE did an excellent job. I am certain the awning isn't going anywhere except up and down. A couple small irrelevant scratches were fixed as was a small plastic piece. We are thrilled with the Eclipse Cassette Awning 16 Ft. wide and 13 Ft. long. Colors are perfect....we actually now use the deck on the west side of our house. Thank you Presslers....job well done..

I find another company to service my yard. late fall, the day after the second company fertilizes Anderson shows up and fertilizes again. I call, no answer, big surprise! I explain on voice mail that I hope they didn't just kill my yard since they hadn't shown up all year I had someone else take care of my property and I didn't see why I should have to pay for them potentially killing my grass. never did receive a call back or even an email to discuss. months go by and they turn me into collections for a $70 bill. We had a door and 2 windows installed. I have 5 reasons I gave a 2 star rating. Here are the…read morereasons. First reason is the contractor showed up late around 10am and left around 3pm. Second reason, didnt clean up messes. Third reason, didnt finish in a timely manner, took a little over a week to do when it was a 2 day project. Also contractor got hurt which is fine but didnt return to work for 4 to 5 days. We had to call company because we had other contractors set up to work on the house but couldn't until doors and windows were finished so this company sent another person to install them after 2 days of no work being done. Fourth reason is there are some mistakes like 2 nails sticking out on the wall which we have to cut and shave down to be able to put up the siding on the house. Fifth reason is we ordered a kick plate on the door but we didnt get one. So these are my reasons for 2 star rating. This is a warning if you need something done quickly because you have something else setup I wouldn't go with these guys unless you dont mind them taking their time.

In viewing prospective homes, we had opportunity to receive copies of a couple of his home inspection reports, and they were incredibly detailed, well explained and professionally photographed. This is direct contrast to our home inspector (who shall go unnamed), who seemed to have have some association with the seller's realtor. IDK of course, but it could make sense that if you want to continue to receive realtor recommendations, that perhaps some obfuscation of the truth might result.
