The day of the appt I received a call from her office asking me to bring my previous Trust. I told the office person that I had lost it and that it was the reason why I had to do a new one. At that point Ms Grimes interrupted the conversation ( she was obviously ear dropping on the phone) telling me that she could do nothing for me unless I had that Trust. The attorney that I had used is not in the area any more and I cannot locate her. She may be retired or have died. Ms Grimes then told me that there was nothing she could do for me, in not a very friendly manner, and ended up shouting "Good Luck!" Before hanging up on me. I am not sure what to think of her. Obviously she was having a very bad day but it is still a very unprofessional way to speak to anybody... I can hardly believe it!!
