Almost every place I went into Bisbee was absolutely wonderful in regard to kindness and customer service but, not Bisbee's Table. I went to the bar with my wife and we were never greeted. I went to the bathroom and while I was gone, a bartender or server went behind the bar, conducted her business and never said a word to my wife. I came back from the restroom and she had still had not been greeted. As a bartender and manager, that's insane. A simple "hello, I'll be right with you guys", would have been perfect. We will never be back here and as AZ locals we recommend a lot of places. Sadly, you won't be one of them. read more

My wife and stopped into Bisbee's Table today for lunch, My wife had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and I had the tenderloin sandwich with french fries. The tenderloin sandwich came with onion jam, red peppers, and brie cheese on sourdough bread. For a sandwich similar to one like that, I think it contained some of the best sliced beef that I have ever had in the past. Service was very good. read more

This is where you are going to find the best food in Bisbee. Everything is good. We stayed in Bisbee for 3 nights and had dinner here each night. The mashed potatoes are to die for! The meatloaf, the ribs, the fish fry...YUM! I ordered the Ribeye the last night, but really thought I was getting prime rib as it reads on the menu, 'Ribeye Prime' and was the price of Prime Rib. I was pleasantly surprised what great food we had here. I was expecting total bar food and was hesitant to try this place but after a long day of traveling my teenagers and I needed food. The truffle fries were excellent. The Thai salad was exceptional. The short rib sandwich and chicken sandwich were another great choice. We wanted a nice dinner out. We didn't mind waiting the suggested 30 minutes for this nice restaurant. There was a pizza place next door where no one was sitting. So we waited 40 minutes, watching people get seated before us, then we were seated in the pizza place. This must be their overflow room. But we could have been seated there immediately! They did offer to move us to a cozier booth, but still not the same atmosphere as the main restaurant. The food was good, but I got nauseous after eating the calamari and couldn't finish my meal. We stopped in today for an early dinner before heading back to Phoenix. We loved it. Had Cajun calamari with a sweet chili sauce, was fresh and really good. Excellent and highly recommended! We took a break from sightseeing in old historic Bisbee and had lunch here. (The Yelp reviews helped us decide.) We started our meal with the Dates with Bacon, which were simply luscious. The garnish was almost a salad, very delicious and fresh greens. We continued with the Twisted Sister burger, and not only was it cooked to perfection, the fresh ground beef was flavorful, and the burger garnishments were wonderful. This was our first time here, and we would not hesitate for a moment to return. Yea, I know it was "just a burger", but I need to impress how well made and fresh everything was. The service was fast, and our server was personable and friendly. What a gem we found this place to be, wish we had one of these in our home town. One of my tag lines applies here: "Fine food, attractively served." Above and beyond the great meal was the service we received afterwards. We had left an item at the restaurant, and had already travelled too far away to return to get it. Visiting for a few days from Miami - found a different place on yelp with great reviews but their staff was stuck up. Walked into Table and was immediately greeted warmly by a genuine smile. Chelsea was absolutely phenomenal, very attentive & sweet. She answered all of our questions and even had their rock star bar tender create a custom cocktail for us. The food was fantastic! Best meal of our trip so far and very much enjoyed after a long hike & the cold outside. read more

So my friend and I decided to celebrate my 50th birthday in Bisbee! Awesome idea! We stopped here for some apps and wine! So glad we did. We ordered the Charcuterie tray and bowl and mussels in a buttery garlic sauce which was at the suggestion of our wonderful server! YUMMMM! To both. The tray was absolutely delicious. Fresh meat, cheeses, dates, olives, sun dried tomatoes, grapes, pesto spread with the bread. I'm.not entirely sure if there was more on this tray. The mussels were amazing. That with 2 glasses of great wine and service and we couldn't even think about eating the complimentary birthday dessert. A must to stop and eat. I will be back! read more

She was one of the best servers we've been lucky enough to have. She was so kind to my elderly parents, actually knelt down to get my mom's order. We went to the table because of the good reviews on Yelp. We decided to have a late lunch since Bisbee was having their art walk night. The hostess sat us immediately as it was not busy at all. We could see 8 empty tables in our area. The hostess said the waitress would be over soon and might be a couple of minutes. We were not in a hurry so that was fine. We all read the menu a few times and noticed no one had been by in over 10 minutes. No water on the table or a hello. We waited another 5 minutes and decided we would go somewhere else. Nice waitress. Had a burger, requested it to be cooked medium, came out bloody pink. Sent it back to be cooked more. Fish and chips were lukewarm, not longer crisp and pretty much flavorless. We had dinner here on a busy evening. It took a while for us to be seated, but once we were at our table it was a smooth experience. We were a larger group with several children. Our waitress was very patient and competent. The food was really great. We had the Ahi appetizer, fries, fish n chips, pizza and pasta. They were all delicious. OK - i normally don't like writing bad reviews. For a place that had so many good reviews and seemed very popular, our visit was much less than spectacular. We arrived and were seated promptly. We placed our order that included an appetizer. In addition we ordered the bread pudding for desert which they say has a 35 minute prep time so order at initial order. Appetizer came out in somewhat timely fashion. Then we waited, and waited and waited some more. Then our desert came - we informed them we hadn't had our meal yet. Then a bit longer our meal came. My son and I both ordered the Mac & Cheese and it was very evident that it had been under the heat lamps for a long long time. Meal was only luke warm, not hot. My other son's and wifes entrees were great. However, they did initially bring my son the wrong entree and then realized their mistake and brought the correct one. They allowed us to keep the extra entree since he had eaten a bite. The desert came....same dessert that showed up and was just placed under heat lamps. However, it was very very good and highly recommended. With such major mistakes I was expecting some adjustment in the bill - NADA except the extra entree that they mistakenly delivered. With such major mistakes I also expect them to take more ownership in the issue and to set things correct. I am giving them a 2 - my wife would probably give them a 3 since her entree was really good. Don't think I would go back. read more

It's Decent and Won't Kill You...probably The food and service is your typical greasy spoon. Fries, burgers, and other non-healthy eats. If you're a fatty that doesn't care about your health or waist size, like half the American population, than you are going to be happy like the pig you are eating this slop. The service is slow, and a bit on the ugly side; but then again it's Bisbee, AZ. They have a fairly large menu so you can find something healthy and non-artery clogging, but then again, they may tell you they are out of "salad" and suggest a pile of saturated fat for you to gobble down. Did I mention the servers are stupid? I moved to Bisbee when this place was the Bisbee Grille, and later saw it become Bisbee's Table. In all fairness, I only went to each iteration once. The former was far overpriced for very mediocre food; the latter time, the food was better, though still frankly expensive for the area. Neither experience was a standout in terms of service, although the decor and atmosphere are both nice. I think it's the names, and the implication of representativeness, that bug me the most. Bisbee's a very low-key, inexpensive sort of town (even our amazing fine-dining restaurant is very low-priced for what it is), and while there's nothing wrong with having a mid-to-upscale joint, it's hardly representative of the local culture and mostly caters to tourists. Also? When your entire decor is former-mining-town wood-and-copper (very classy!), and then you put a gigantic plastic-bezel LCD over the bar? Kind of ruins the aesthetic. Just sayin'. read more

The restaurant was recommended by a friend. We were thrilled that we took his advice! We had been soo tired of spending money on tasteles, overdone, under done food and eating food prepared by others who had had given up on life. Bisbee's Table gave us back that spark for eating out again. Food-the prime melted in my mouth. The chipotle chicken pasta dish was full of flavors. My son who never eats pizza, ate his fair share of slices-his words it was that good. Drinks-Mojito, was sweet and tasty, packed a punch for this lightweight. Lol! Server-Xóchitl was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. She was also enthusiastic and supportive of her co workers from the bar to to the kitchens to management. We were able to to watch the owners, head chef, and management in an employee master chef type cook off. It is rare to see a business support and embrace their own employees in their own food ideas. I wish I could have had what was presented, my mouth was watering the whole entire time. It was an epic experience! Found our Favorite place to eat.
