We hired Record-a-hit for their photo booth services for our wedding at Salvage One in July 2022…read more They were easy to work with and responsive about questions ahead of time. The photo booth came with props and they also were happy to set out some extra props that we had purchased. The photo booth attendant, Jovani, was great and the photo booth was a hit with our guests. We loved that we got a physical copy of each photo at the end of the night in addition to digital copies later so we could see the fun our guests had. If you're looking for a photo booth for your wedding, we highly recommend Record-a-hit!

Maybe even more importantly, the staff they use to set up the equipment have been prompt, knowledgeable and flexible. I had one year where the rain tent was not working as I wanted and the guy who set it up ran out to hardware store and provided a great solution and was done fixing it before the event even started. I never hesitate to contact Record a Hit for my needs.

To secure the booking, I worked with Frank who was friendly and efficient. The process to secure my event was super simple and straightforward, which I appreciated because I was coordinating several other things for the party as well. The bartender who serviced my event was Phil and he was absolutely outstanding. My family and friends were so complimentary of him and he truly was one of the highlights of the evening. The drinks were fantastic, and Phil was kind enough to help my family with set-up and tear down of the party, throwing out trash, and checking coats. He made sure my cup with my signature drink was always full, and he made sure my guests always had what they needed. Several people asked me how they could hire him for their own event and my parents said Phil would be their go-to bartender for future events. If you're looking for a bartender for your next private party or event, I would absolutely recommend you book with Bartender Chicago and ask for Phil. You won't regret it!!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience renting from Sanchez Rentals. We rented a 16'x32'…read morewhite tent for our daughter's high school graduation party. The tent was delivered and set up the morning of her party. I was so impressed with the delivery and set up and the tent looked brand new... and included the string lights. I was impressed by how hard they worked to find everything we needed to make her grad party special. Initially, I wasn't planing to rent a tent. But five days before her graduation party, I realized we were going to need a big area to host all her guests. It was stressful and I wasn't sure we'd even be able to find one. Most tents had already been rented, but thankfully Sanchez had a couple of 16'x32' tents still available. I rented one, (and would've also rented tables and chairs for them, but they were sold out.) But, they helped coordinate tables and chairs through another party rental company that they trust. They also coordinated delivery of their equipment with the tables and chairs, which made the planning process much easier for us. One of the best suggestions they made was a custom balloon arch (Impressively, it was designed by their daughter). It wasn't something I had originally considered, but I'm so glad we said "yes" because it was a focal point of the party. You can tell Sanchez Rentals truly care and take pride in their work. would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for tent rentals.

What becomes a problem is that the owner committed in writing to provide a refund, did not issue one and then did not respond to follow ups regarding the situation. When a vendor agrees to issue a refund and then does not do so, that is an issue with business practice and deserves a negative review. I followed up for two weeks after the refund was promised and never received a refund or a response. *** The customer service is upsetting at best. I agreed to the estimate and then verbally and in writing was told they were taking a credit card just to hold the event. I ran into an issue with the event less than 24 hours after agreeing to the estimate and called them right away. The owner did not respond even though he had been quick to immediately respond before. The rep told me she would follow up quickly and didn't. They charged me 2 grand, never told me that they were and never sent a receipt. They then told me they would issue a refund and did not. They are now refusing to answer calls or emails. I need a resolution and they seem uninterested in providing customer service. Do not use them.
