Abe Malkin verified to me that I was set at Drop lounge but when I got there I was not. The owner said he called last minute to try and change it (When I e-mailed about this a month in advance he then tried to change it the day before when I wanted to verify the time) and the manager told him that they were booked.He could have told me that I was not set so that I could have made separate plans instead of taking a cab all the way to Lincoln park from my HOTEL and back, to find out I had to basically stand outside on my BIRTHDAY (in December) and tell each of my friends one by one the misunderstanding. It was my 21st birthday and supposed to be special but started off with drama because Abe Malkin couldn't even send me a honest e-mail. He could have told me and saved ME the embarrassment on my birthday. This is extremely unprofessional and hopefully he will not ruin your special day. read more

Have never dealt with a bottle service company before but wanted to do something big for my birthday so I contacted these guys through the website. Within a couple of minutes Abe contacted me. I asked a couple of questions and he offered me a pretty good deal on two bottles at a lounge In the Lincoln park area. I personally base a company or a service provider on customer service , attentiveness, response time and ease of use. I can honestly say I asked a lot of questions and all were answered thoroughly. My gf ended up booking something as a surprise for me. But nonetheless Abe was very efficient In relaying my questions to the lounge owner and getting back to me and made it all seem very easy and seamless. If I book anything of this nature again I will definitely get in touch with Abe. Great customer service and very attentive. read more

I want to thank Abe and Tony for their coordination for birthday bottle service. Although our night did not go as planned, they were super responsive and they did everything in their power to help make the situation better, including reimbursing out of their own pocket. They have great customer service and i really do appreciate that. My whole party was from out of town and we used Birthday Bottle Service in Chicago. I will use it again in other cities, many thanks to you guys. read more

I called Birthday Bottle Service when I threw a party for a friends birthday a couple weeks ago. I spoke to Abe and told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. After narrowing it down to a couple places I chose a bar in River North. While there was a line outside, my party walked right in and we were seated right away. We had a great night and the best part was everything was hassle free. I will definitely be using this service again in the near future. Thanks Abe! read more

I started this company in 2008 mostly to help my friends plan their parties and avoid the hassle and expenses that often come with planning a party in Chicago.
