Found them off Instagram decided to drive the 25 mins to Everett to try them out and let me tell you.... IT WAS SOOOO WORTH IT!!! I had ordered the cheese birrieria tacos with consommé . Those tacos are LOADED with cheese and meaty goodness! The portions are beyond awesome for the price. This place is very popular for take out when we had arrived we were quick to order but it did take a little longer than expected to get our food, however this was not a downside at all because the staff is amazing and kept us up to date on where our order was. They are doing their absolutely best and going over and beyond in customer service so I was content waiting. Was hesitant to try this place after reading so many reviews but glad I did! Service was fast and even though the server didn't speak much English, he tried his best and was very nice. The most authentic place you will get here in probably in all of snohomish county. Being from California, it is so hard to find really good Mexican food out here in WA but here is where I come when I want some good authentic Mexican food. It is pricey but worth it! Absolutely best Mexican food I've ever had not too expensive we went home with plenty. We wanted to try the tacos dipped in consome (excuse me if I've misspelled that. The service was awesome we also had strawberry fresco drinks kind of like a Milky strawberry drink the kids absolutely loved it!!! The customer service was prompt and they did it check on us consistently, however there was a man in the restaurant selling hats and I was very disappointed that they allowed that sort of thing when I'm sitting down with my family for mother's Day that is why I gave it the four stars we will definitely be back again to try the churros also. read more

This place was great! A friend of mine posted a pic of their food... we jumped in the truck and headed South! It did NOT disappoint! Our first time having Birria Tacos and they were amazing! Such good food and in family sized portions! I've been wanting to try some Birrieria and theres finally a location near me! I personally loved the quesadilla with consome to dip! So good! Meat was tender and juicy, packed with flavor of course the consome also helped! They are very thorough in making sure you get both red and green salsas, limes and that your consome has cilantro and onions on the side with your order. Coming from Southern California, this food is one of the closest to authentic I've seen in the Seattle area. It closely resembles to home for me. Personally, the price is higher than I'd compare to Mexican food in Southern California, but due to the area and quality of food, I think the price is worth it! I was so excited to try this restaurant for their authentic Mexican food. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Service was poor and could improve dramatically. Our server was not helpful or kind. I am sure there were other better servers there, but ours specifically was not pleasant. They had starter chips and dip which was a 2/5. Chips were a bit stale. What we ordered did not look like their picture on the menu at all lol. I'm not asking it to be an exact match but at least similar. I ordered the Birria Ramen. On the menu, the Birria Ramen looked delicious with half cut onions around the bowl with what looks to be half cut radishes. What I got was a bowl with ramen and meat and side of diced raw onions with lime. Don't get me wrong, the dish itself was flavorful and delicious. But, the picture was misleading. We also ordered the Quesabirria. According to the 'menu picture,' it comes with grilled onions and grilled jalepenos. What we got was diced up raw onions and limes. No grilled onions or grilled jalepenos. We were given three sauces in a bottle which had no labels on it. Our server quickly dropped it off and walked away so we didn't even get a chance to ask her what the sauces were. I ordered churros for dessert and a plate of tacos to go for my friend. Our server brought my dessert and our 'to go' order and our check out all at once. We left fairly quickly after that. I personally wouldn't go again. read more

We went here today, a Saturday afternoon and we were promptly greeted by the owner. Me and my sisters came in, unfamiliar with the menu and he explained all the different items and what the best things were. There was a little miscommunication at checkout, which was easily resolved by the owner and then he gave us free drinks for the minor inconvenience. While we waited for our food he chatted with us and was extremely kind. The food didn't take long and everything was really good! We got cheese tacos, vampiros, carne asada fries, and the churros. I tried the Quesabirria tacos for the first time. Delicious and filling. The rice and beans were just okay in comparison. They gave me 3 different salsas and all were very good and the chopped onion, cilantro and limes all tasted fresh. One problem I had, and I know this is odd, but the flashing lights in the entrance were an issue for me. I have to make a strong effort not to look at them because it can induce a seizure. First time trying birria tacos and they were delicious!!! I ordered the cheese taco, crispy taco, and soft taco. I wanted one of each just to taste the differences. Definitely prefer the cheese taco and crispy taco. Soft taco was ok, but I prefer the crunch, and that cheese. Maybe even needed a little more cheese. Also had my tacos with a side of consome, which is a beef broth. Dip your tacos in the consome to add that extra beefy and saucy flavor in your bite. It's delicious. We also ran into the owner, Fredy, outside of the restaurant. Fredy was so kind and so friendly. He thanked me and my friends for coming out to his restaurant. As we were eating, (we ate outside on our car because it was hot), and he brought over some churros and ice cream for us to enjoy! 5 stars for the overall flavors and customer service. So delicious. The first time I visited, I ordered half a dozen cheese tacos, which come with consommé for you to dip into. We also ordered some plain crispy tacos which were fine but not as magical as the others. I could only eat 3 tacos before I was stuffed, so the others I took home for leftovers which I don't necessarily recommend. You can never really recapture the magic of freshly made birria cheese tacos. Highly recommend you order before you get there by phone or online, because we ended up waiting about 90 minutes (they had said 45) for our food and I was starving. I'm unsure if they love us or hate us. Food and drink came out pretty quickly. However, when we finished eating, the waitress seem to be dodging us. She never came to give us the bill. Me and the wife just moved here to Seattle and she's a pretty big foodie as I'm a chef of 14 years and a food critic for 7years now. My goal is to check out all the good and bad food spots across Washington. Anyways, my first spot is this birrieria spot in Everett, Washington. From the reviews I would expect this place to be up to par. I'm sorry to say but the birrieria queso taco was not good at all. The meat was dry, the taco itself was not crunchy and the consume(soup) was not good at all it needed more flavors in it. The reason why I know this because I been to Mexico and I'm from the Bay Area where they have a lot of good food spots across the Bay Area as well in LA which I believe they have awesome birrieria spots! I came super happy to introduce this delicious restaurant to my co-workers because I have previously been eating at this place for a year now and it was just a terrible experience. The lady was very rude, gave an attitude and did not seem to care about her service towards us . We did not do anything to upset her and my co workers were getting very offended by her ways. She took our orders wrong and blamed us for doing so , she said we must pay or the boss will charge the food (that we clearly did not order) off her pay check with a very rude tone.
