The Buddhist centre is on the outskirts of Moseley, nearing Balsall Heath and welcomes everybody to explore and enjoy some relaxing, self-reflecting time to themselves. Of course, you don't have to be a Buddhist to come here, I'm not, and I still feel very invited by the friendly people inside.

Inside, there are several rooms and a quiet corridor. Each room holds different activities, from yoga classes to meditation classes. Yoga costs £7 per class, and you can join groups from gentle beginners to level 2, so you don't have to worry about being too slow at grasping the poses.
The building itself isn't really an enticing piece of architecture, but the people, garden and activities are perfect to explore if you really want to take the weight off your shoulders once in a while; Buddhist or non-buddhist. read more
