We originally discovered Todd through Yelp and decided to give him a call, he was readily available to answer all our questions and get the process started. Once all our paperwork was submitted, he was able to get our preapproval quickly, little did we know we would be on a lock down due to the pandemic shortly after. Fortunately, Todd was understanding and had patience with us during this crazy time. Once things got a little less hectic, we were able to pick back up where we left off. He took the time to explain our loan options on multiple occasions and was ALWAYS available to answer all our questions. Todd put a lot of hard work and dedication into getting us the right loan that worked for us, all while keeping our best interest in mind. He was able to provide us with an FHA option as well as a conventional. We decided on the FHA since it made more financial sense for our situation. We were made aware by our realtor that the process for an FHA loan can take longer than others, but with the dedication of Todd and his team we were cleared for our FHA purchase in only 11 days!!! The seller really wanted to close by a certain date which seemed impossible at first, but Todd pulled through and made it happen. He communicated very well with our realtor and attorney throughout the process, everyone worked great together overall as a team. Being a first time home buyer can be both stressful and scary, we had a million and one questions, we would call the office throughout the day, as the phone would ring on my end I would think to myself "they probably think we are so annoying", but once they answered the phone they were very patient and tentative and made us feel extremely comfortable no matter how many times we had to call them. In conclusion, Todd took a major weight off our shoulders by guiding us throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend Todd and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. His services are outstanding, and we will forever be thankful for all their dedication to get us into our first home!!!

It is quite important to ensure you have those skills in someone when you are a first-time home buyer. You will hit the lottery if you use Bobby Papadopulos as your loan officer. There are not enough words to express the upmost gratitude and satisfaction with his services or his team. There are so many people in this industry for quick cash and possibly the wrong reasons. Bobby is the complete opposite. I was more than defeated in the home loan process. After a random yet quick search on Yelp, I found Bobby and decided to message him. I see why he has five stars. Although skeptical, because who is perfect? I have seen perfection in his abilities. Bobby allowed me to call him at 7:00 AM, through tears and disarray coming from my end, he stated, "I will help you". My situation was far from easy, he decided to still help us. Through diverse companies not explaining the process or requiring funds without explanation, Bobby held our hands throughout this entire process. From day one to closing day and beyond, Bobby does not leave you. He takes the time to explain to you what is occurring, why it is occurring and how to ensure a successful closing, organize finances and better yourself. He is extremely patient and understanding. He has worked in his personal time to guarantee deadlines would be met and satisfied. Without being local to me, he communicated with agencies near me to get the work done. Five stars does not compare to the amount that he and Contour Mortgage deserves. He has completely changed our lives for the better. Bobby is someone I wish was in every field not just the mortgage company because he brings professionalism, kindness, and perception. If you are looking for a home, find a home with a person who cares about your wellbeing above all. That will shape your mindset for your new journey- Bobby is the person to set you up on the right path. I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Showed up the other day to deposit money in his account. He recently moved cross country and needed some cash. No big deal. No one was on line so I walked right up to the window. The clerk seemed flustered, deeply involved in a drive through window transaction. I stood there literally for 10 minutes waiting to fork over my check. "Is this your account?" No, it's my son's. "Are you on the account?" Again, no but I do want to deposit a check into it. Also worth mentioning is that my son and I have the same last name, as many fathers and sons do and my name was printed on the check. Personally, I'm not particular about deposits into my account. Anyone can do so and I promise not to object. Matter of fact, if anyone reading this wants to deposit cash, checks, rolled coins or anything else monetary, you're more than welcome to do so. What I do care about it who withdraws funds and insist upon me being the only one to do so. Over the years I've had many experiences with PNC Bank at various locations, all have which have been sub par. From holding a paycheck of mine for 14 days (bank was out of state, business was literally 10 feet from the branch) to my most recent experience, they never cease to drop the all important customer service ball. While other banks go out of their way to insure their clients' experience is up to par, PNC continues to miss the mark. Perhaps they should just stay in Pennsylvania.

We spoke to several banks, but it was always the same thing with them, they were trying to sell us something we were not looking for. Then one evening we found Sun Mortgage Company and read all the reviews. The next morning, we called Sun Mortgage Company and spoke to Don Rizzo. We told Don what we were looking for and he explained how the process works. After filling out the online application, we were all set to move forward. I was expecting a similar process to what the banks would have put us through but WOW, I was wrong! Before reaching out to Sun Mortgage Company we had attempted to go through our previous lender and other financial institutions, but they made it impossible. We were always talking to a different representitive each time and had to start over due to lack of information they had on their end, which meant starting the process over. This was fustrating!! Don Rizzo made this process quick, easy and painless. In just a short amount of time after supplying him with some of the documents he had requested, he found us the perfect loan and excellent rate to refinance our home. Once we had agreed on the loan and rate, Don was even able to get us in touch with a local law firm to handle the closing. This was one of the best loan experiences we have been through. We will be using Don Rizzo from Sun Mortgage Company again in the future. Thank you again Don.
