There's even a little makeup - Bobbi Brown and YSL. I had bookmarked them as a stop because their website advertised them as the exclusive provider of Santa Maria Novella products in Vienna. They do sell the products, but they're not on display - you have to know what you want and then they'll go retrieve it for you from stock. That makes it a little difficult if you don't know exactly what product you need, though the staff is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you. I was so sad that they were out of stock on the hand cream I came for, though they did offer me alternatives from other brands. You can't beat the service here - they really do know their stuff.

Went to ask her about the other fragrance (a quite pricey one I will add) and she blatantly ignored me and went to help someone else. I then went to Nägele & Strubell, they were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I spent 600€. Would not recommend this place at all, find your niche fragrances elsewhere.
