I expected much of the same (which consisted of: sitting in a chair, having a podiatrist examine my feet, placing my feet on scanners and being handed a pair of orthotics a few weeks later). I began my search for a podiatrist by calling clinics. Some of them were not interested in talking to me unless I made an appointment, and others just did not provide the level professionalism I was after. My experience with Gary at Foundation Chiropody was very different and exceeded expectations. First, making an appointment with Gary was very comfortable. I found him professional and pleasant on the phone, as I had many questions related to my insurance coverage. Gary was familiar with all types of coverage and documentation required and so I made an appointment. He saw me on time (something many health care professionals do not do) and began with a review of my overall health before examining my feet. He assessed the way I walk and the biomechanics of my feet, ankles and legs. Gary explained how normal feet and gait should look and related it to what he observed. He explained the types of orthotics and pricing available to me before preparing my foot molds (cast like material shaped to my feet in a very clean way). Going back to have the orthotics dispensed was another positive experience. I was a bit early for my appointment, however, Gary fit me into his schedule and dispensed the orthotics right away. He carefully checked to make sure both left and right devices were correctly made and provided further instruction and support for what to expect and how to care for the orthotics. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the level of care provided by Foundation Chiropody. I recommend Gary and this clinic to my family and friends and have decided to post to share my experience.

The intake is time consuming by the phone not sure why as they have a intake form. No one named Gary worked there whom apparently is the owner if you check the yelp reviews.
