Die…read moreDame hinter der Theke war so unfreundlich und wenig daran interessiert, unsere Fragen bzgl des Belages der dort angebotenen Waren zu beantworten. Es ging um eine allergie und das sollte auch im laufenden Betrieb möglich sein. Wenn es dann nicht möglich ist, eine freundliche frage zu stellen, ob es noch ein unbelegtes Gebäck mit einem Teller zum Frühstück geben kann, finde ich sehr schade. Trotz ostergeschäft sollte der Ton den Kunden gegenüber freundlich bleiben . Dann ziehen wir demnächst andere Bäckereien für einen Kaffee vor . Sehr schade .
A very nice organic store. Many good products plus fresh…read morefruits and vegetables. Prices are reasonable and they have great sales on some items. I like their bio face creams; many different brands available; Lavera, Weleda, etc. There are a few Denn's around Germany! Enjoy!

Seeing all the colors of fresh produce and flowers as well as the fresh baked items sold throughout the market will leave a positive impression on your day. You can't help being happy from the experience. If I could only live there, I would eat healthier, drink better wine and enjoy what the region has to offer. It would become part of my weekly journey through life.
Definitely worth a visit when you are in Mainz! There are food vendors (selling cheese, honey,…read morelocal wine, vegetables, etc.) and restaurants (we ended up with fried fish and potato salad--heavy but delicious!), plus a few cafes and a weekly wine tasting (which looked fun but we didn't join this time), all in the shadow of the beautiful cathedral. This is the place to be seen on Saturdays!
