I haven't been to their new location yet, but if their service didn't change, then I don't care. I will keep my 5 star rating. I got my blood taken and had to pee in a cup--the usual--but I also had to get an ultrasound, which I've never done before. Their ultrasound machine was upstairs, and the area upstairs felt a little dark and creepy, but the technologist made me feel comfortable even with my belly out, while she was scanning my insides. It was all rather quick and easy and painless and quite comfortable, so I have no problems of going back to keep my health in check.

I'm so happy that they have the HP Diagnostics to help me whenever I just need a quick check up. The diagnostic center is very efficient. When you come in, you are given a number to know when it will be your turn to see the doctor. It doesn't take too long of a wait since it's not as busy as a hospital. Their waiting area is also very nice, modern and clean so it's not too hassle to wait. Once you are called, they will bring you in to see the doctor. The doctors I have seen so far are always so kind, hospitable and accommodating. They offer several exams such as drug testing, x-rays, ultrasounds and many more. Since the mall opens late and they open at 7 am, you can park in level P1 on thr True Value side and inform the guard that you will be going to HP Diagnostics.
