I've been buying supplements, oils, powders, etc for many years now. I live in Virginia, so it's about as far away as you can get from HQ. I've never had a problem with deliveries or the products. I always have tea tree oil and oregano oil on hand, so much so, our two youngest reach for them before the Neosporin! Keep up the great work. read more

I had never had any problems until my last order. The phone just rings and rings and then says memory is full. I'm having to dispute this with my credit card company because I can't get my order fulfilled. read more

After years of buying products from this business, we will never buy from them again. After taking our money 6 weeks ago, they never shipped our order. I have attempted several times to reach them. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. And still, they don't respond. Do not shop here unless you want to be ripped off! Definitely a scam. read more

I'm your former customer. I used to tell everybody about your products and placed a sizeable order around once a year for nearly 10 years. But you have become apathetic and careless, and have presumed that I need you worse than you need me. You were happy to take my money 20 days ago, and sat on your hands and never sent it. I followed up at the 14 day mark, and they said that they would get it out right away. A week later I called, and all I got is the same song and dance, and no order has been sent! To those that may be tempted to place an order.... you may get lucky and get service for a few years; but assuredly, you are not important to them. Now, I will eat crow and apologize to ever person I led astray by recommending you. read more

Poor customer service. Unable to contact a real live person. Two shipments lost somewhere, did not refund. Will not send to correct address. Good product, but will have to look elsewhere. What good does it do to buy a product that you never receive? read more

Bio-Alternatives BEWARE. I had been buying from them since 2014. Never had a problem to report until now. I had a problem with a product and called and spoke to Chris in customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor Eric. I explained the problem and asked if he could do anything to help. Eric said return the product and they would credit me the cost of the product. I was thrilled that I could return the product, even though had they said no, I wouldn't have been offended. I now wonder if they ever really were going to credit for the returned product. I tried for over 2 weeks to get their return address and procedure (they claimed that the email didn't go through). With the return information I immediately shipped the product back at additional cost to me. The last call I verified they had received the product. That is the last contact. They won't even answer the customer service line and obviously won't return messages left. I even documented the problem and mailed the CEO, but the letter was returned to me. It appears that they don't care if they do the right thing or not. NOT THE KIND OF COMPANY I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. read more

I've been buying their products for years and tried at least half of them. I especially depend on their colloidal silver and oregano oil for the winter months. Nothing negative to say about this company. I trust them and the many different products I've tried. read more

This is a shading busines, their 30 day return policy is not sufficient to determine if these products work or not. STAY A WAY FROM THIS COMPANY read more

"Bio Alternatives" claims to sell real colloidal silver, but in reality, it's not. Instead, you'll get a cheap product known as ionic silver. REAL colloidal silver is NOT clear; it's a bit brown, like discolored water. If your health depends on this product KEEP AWAY. Do your homework--please. read more
