I was in need of a medium sized dumpster (~10 cubic yards) to clean my parents' house out and was…read morefortunate enough to find this business. Their pricing is straightforward and the staff is friendly and efficient. Seeing as how I was traveling from Florida to Lancaster, I needed to be sure they were able to work with me remotely - and that was no problem. The driver showed up on time, listened carefully to my concerns about placement and strategically placed lumber to avoid damaging the driveway. The dumpster itself was in good condition, relatively clean as far as dumpsters go and had easy entry via fold out doors. No concerns about lift-over height whatsoever. Pricing was reasonable and they communicated well and picked up as expected. Billing was done electronically when I arrived back home. All-in-all, I could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Great staff, excellent product, and competitively priced. If you care about your furniture and belongings, I suggest that you find another mover who will…read moretake more care. Matt and Chris were polite and they worked hard. They were not overpaid by any means EXCEPT that they damaged almost every piece of my best furniture in a 4 mile move. For instance: Guest bedroom box spring and mattress (scraped off fabric on edge/corner and dirty from dragging even though it was in a UHAUL mattress/box protector), Living room couch (dirt on back of couch from footprint? & metal gliders yanked out of couch legs by dragging) TV cabinet, (at least 9 half-dime or larger dings to the moldings and edges & metal gliders yanked out), Master bedroom bedside table 1 (large wide scrape to the finish on top), Master bedroom bedside table 2 (several nicks/dings), Master bedroom cedar chest (large gouge to side). The contents of at least one box were shattered - it was pottery that was very special to me - There are many boxes I have not yet opened - be aware they do not guarantee boxes will not be damaged. They did not properly wrap furniture before putting it on the dolly. I should have insisted that we look carefully at all pieces of furniture before they left, but Matt Toney was in a big hurry to "get the truck back". My foolish mistake.
