They're there right away, swap your dead battery with a new one, install it, take the old one away, pay on the spot. Takes 10 minutes, max. I've used them twice. Both times they answered the phone immediately, arrived within the hour, called to confirm, and switched the battery in about 5 minutes. Very friendly, professional people. One time was on a Sunday morning-- how many other Norwegian services do that?
