My wife and I came on a busy Friday night during one of Vienna's many holidays, and while they were certainly busy the servers on both floors were incredibly welcoming and hospitable; even when the only German I knew was how to count and say "chuss," "bitte," "danke," etc. and they also served me arguably the best damn mojito I've ever had in my life.
The way this place operates is different from any place I've been in the US but they explained it well to me: If you use a credit card they accept it but have to charge €30 and will give you the difference back in cash. There's of course the added exchange rate added onto that which was roughly €6, so bring cash if you want to avoid those charges.
When we wanted to play pool there was a wait list for both the bottom & upper tables and they both operate as seperate wait lists, so find the floor that has the shortest list for more immediate play. Once we were playing the tables and the cue sticks were all in very good condition, and when a party leaves a table the lights above their table shut off which I thought was really cool and helps you focus on your own shots even better.
