Once I had a problem with my credit card as I found out at home that it was charged double. A call and a Swift e-Mail conversation with the store manager Jan helped to resolve, and in a few days money was refunded. Service as it should be!

It would be a normal everage mini-market on the suburbs of a beautiful little town of Cesky Krumlov…read morewhere you could buy everything (and nothing), some groceries, some meat, some newspapers, bread and butter ... if only they woud not have such a BIG HEARTS! My hubby left his wallet there and I lost my stylish blueish glove in front of this mini-market. And to cut the story short - the shop assistant was chasing my husband to give him his wallet back, and I have found my blue glove on the front window of our car, which parked in front of the mini-market. Kudos to this great mini-market team and to the nice people from Cezky Krumlov!!! A summary in the Czech language: Bya by to takova normalni samoska na kraji malebneho Ceskeho Krumlova, kde najdete vsechno (a nic) ... kdyby za nami prodavac nevybehl s manzelovou penezenkou, a kdyby ma ztracena rukavice nelezela line na okne naseho autaku zaparkovaneho pred samoskou.
