We were looking for our dreamhouse but were also quite happy where we were living. But as we approached our twilight years we wanted more for our "forever house." I am pleased to say that after years of searching we found EXACTLY what we were looking for thanks to her. Through it all, Julianna remained eager, positive and very understanding. In addition to being a star realtor, she's also "good people." We're proud to call her our agent and even more proud to call her our friend. BTW - Julianna was our agent of choice for buying our dream house and selling our existing property. Bottom-line: She is everything you could ask for in an agent - knowledgeable, diligent, thorough, understanding and patient. I could go on and on with more superlatives, but I'll conclude by saying she's the epitome of a real estate professional. Thanks for everything, Julianna. You are the very best!!

It was a very serendipitous encounter, away from the workplace, outside of Home Depot. We were making one of many runs there when we bumped into them and told them how we were doing fix-ups & preparing to sell our house FSBO when they told us about this wonderful experience with Jessica Brown and how she handled all the details, listed and sold their house in only a matter of days. Iylt sounded amazing and we looked her up on the RE/MAX Experts site and her Facebook page and got a good impression. However my sweetheart's super close friend Jenny, that she went to school with for 16 years just happens to be a big shot top selling RE/MAX real estate rep in Massachusetts and she called her to get her advice before proceeding. Jenny did some checking, called Jessica and made all the arrangements for a meeting. Day one Jessica came to our home, we talked about our 26+ year history with the house, all the previous and current upgrades, about Jenny :-) and became acquainted. Jessica was friendly, professional and very prepared with research on ours and area houses, literature and some excellent advice and recommendations. Armed with a strong personal recommendation, a professional recommendation from a trusted friend and that excellent meeting, we were felt very comfortable and confident that Jessica Brown was the right person to facilitate this momentous and very important transaction. There's so much that happened over the next few weeks while we finished all the updates we had already started like new doors, floors, painting, etc. and the exhausting & arduous task of packing, selling and moving 7 rooms & 26 years of stuff so we could ready the place for Jessica's professional photographer to place the ads she was preparing for our listing. While all that was happening Jessica kept in regular contact with us by phone, text and email and we did contact her more than a few times for advice and general questions and I've always been happily surprised that she would get back to me right away, even we I would send out her a late evening & weekend email. Her photographer did a great job making our place look really great, she sent us all the pics as they were being taken and she did lots of extra stuff like finding & arranging for a thorough deep cleaning service and a bug inspector. She even collected our mail, some items we left behind (like our Red Sox gnome) and boxed them up to mail to us. She actually did quite a few other things that went above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent and always cheerfully with a smile. All of that which finally led up the very first showing of the house on the very first day of the brand new listing and BAM she got an offer!! Just like that all the preparation, hard work and planning paid off with just a single showing of the house, WOW!! That was a few weeks ago and when we drove back up to sit down with our good friend, and closing attorney, Mack Crutchfield earlier guess who drove out to be with us, yep it was Jessica. So from the very first day we met until the last minutes of our closing Jessica has been there to answer all our questions and help make this otherwise tedious process a smooth and relatively stress-free experience. Bottom line, you don't have to just take our word for it but the other Barrett & his wife Susan, Jenny and a host of others on Jessica's Facebook page, over the years, are a testament to a dedicated, sharp, friendly, organized and detail oriented professional that gets results. What started with hand shakes weeks ago ended in big hugs outside our attorney's office because we are thoroughly pleased and grateful, thank you Jessica!!

I found John and Amy on Yelp and reached out to them. I flew into Memphis to take a look at the house and see what all was needed to be done. John helped me come up with a list of things that would help sell the house, helped me out with a list of contractors, and then after I flew back to Texas, arranged to be at my house to let the various contractors in! When they were finished, the house looked amazing! Then John and Amy got to work and the first night it was on the market, we got an offer! I cannot say how much I appreciate the work they did to help someone who does not live in the state, let alone the city, to sell our house!

You won't regret choosing Ms. Evelyn Lewis Wilson and here's why:…read more Ms. Evelyn is the real deal and we loved working with her. The simple fact she showed up in a mask, so important owing to the fact that my wife has severe health issues. She was very honest with us about the Memphis market and how competitive it was going to be; and gave us the best information in order to be successful. She got us in touch with a great lender that she trusts,so we knew what our budget was. Then she went out of her way to find us a home in our budget. She also showed us homes that were under our budget and helped us to see the potential. She would show us 3 or 4 houses at a time. Ultimately what we want you to know is that we trust Ms. Evelyn and know that you can as well! We would definitely work with her again! Thank you so much Ms. Evelyn!

After meeting with her, we felt confident in her ability to understand the market and to help guide us to a home that would meet our needs and growing family. Things that I loved about her style: + Has a great text message communication system. Most of our conversations were via text and she responded quickly + She was quick to setup viewing appointments during the evening hours (5:30pm - 7pm) + she was positive and had patience with us. Especially when we were exhausted from searching. + She coached us in a way that helped us see the bigger picture while letting us still be the captains of this decision making process. Example, reminding us that we wanted a home to grow into. + she wasn't afraid to negotiate even in a sellers market. Haha she seemed to enjoy going to bat for us! Now, even after closing on our home months ago, she still checks in with us and provides us with helpful information on things like plumbers, gutter tradesmen, etc. she'll even drop off a pumpkin during the fall! She clearly loves her work. And we are grateful for her help!

Todd Campbell was our realtor on 3 different occasions; twice as buyers and once as seller. The…read morefirst time, my husband had Todd show us several houses before he decided to purchase a FSBO, leaving Todd out of the loop. Despite that, when it was time for me to buy my own home, I selected Todd as our realtor and he was very gracious. He showed my daughter and me dozens of homes, until we found the one perfect for us. Todd never tired of our requirements and our idiosyncrasies, every time he would meet us to show us a home, he was always on time, polite, professional and understanding. We finally found a home we fell in love with and Todd handled all the steps it took to purchase it and become first time home buyers. Eight years later, we decided to move out of state and put our home on the market. Todd handled the sale, again with only our best interests at heart. Todd knew what we needed to make as profit to be able to move and he stuck by us until we got the offer we needed. Again, Todd handled all the steps it took to complete the sale and close. We couldn't have realized our dream of moving back home without Todd's assistance. He took realty to a whole new level for us - one of care and consideration for his client's needs. He went so far beyond what is expected from a realtor, so much so that he always has - and still does - feel like a friend. Our only regret is that he couldn't sell us our new home in Washington. We love Todd!

As a buyer's agent, he was patient and competent with a first-time buyer. He carefully explained each step of the process, made recommendations, and pointed out things with each property that I should be aware of, or might need to address before there was even an inspection. We both knew when I had found the home for me, and he walked me through the process of purchasing it with very little stress. However, it was as a seller's agent that he really went above and beyond. I sold the house in 2010 when the market collapse was in full swing. Obviously Randall had no control over that, but he went above and beyond to help a first-time seller with limited means figure out how to cope. He helped me rearrange furniture to make the house look its most attractive. He helped me arrange repairs for the items that came up in the inspection, and even taught me how to make some of them myself, carefully pointing out the correct way to do them that would last. He did not want the buyers after me to have any problems either; when I was going to stabilize a shower head in one way I had seen online, he told me it would not be effective or last for the new buyer, and showed me the proper way to do it. At the time, I had no basis for comparison. Since that time, I have purchased another house myself, and been involved in the purchase and sale of two for my parents, and those transactions have taught me just how lucky I was to have Randall for my first home purchase and sale, and just how much he did for me that was extraordinary and far beyond what the average realtor provides. I realize now that Randall did more for me than most people expect and far more than he was obligated to by his profession. Randall has my heartfelt thanks, and my glowing recommendation. You could not possibly be in better hands.
