After the mechanic looked it over, he found that I only needed two. They could have replaced all four, charged me twice as much, and I would have been none the wiser. That's integrity. They also repaired my cruise control, which hasn't worked correctly in over a year. I had put that off because I thought it would be expensive. For $80 they fixed my problem, and now I don't have to worry as much about getting a speeding ticket. Great work, everyone. The service could not have been more friendly or helpful today.

BUYER BEWARE! Save your time and money and buy something in Wilmington. The first red flag was the…read moresales rep I was given. She didn't know anything about cars and had probably only worked there a week. She even told me that 54,000 miles was good for the vehicle only being 2 years old (2015). I ended up paying full price for a $50,000 vehicle that ended up having a faulty head light. We noticed that part of one of the headlights (a narrow LED strip around the main head light) did not light up. I couldn't see this when I test drove it in the daytime and you can only see it if you stand in front of the car with the headlights on at night which is why we didn't notice it immediately. When Bill Carone GMC did our first oil change we asked them to go ahead and replace the faulty part of the headlight. They said we would have to pay $1650 for a new headliglht. They then tried to run it through the "bumper to bumper' warranty that the Manager Terry talked me into buying b/c he said it was a "true bumper to bumper warranty". Well, it definitely is not a true bumper to bumper warranty b/c they told him "no". I don't blame them since the light wasn't working when Bill Carone GMC sold us the car. He then got GMC to offer to pay half but Bill Carone himself told Terry that there company would not cover the other half of the light even though it was faulty when they sold it. They tried to twist my wife's words when she told them that we "noticed" it wasn't working about a week after we bought it (the first time we stood in front of the vehicle at night with the lights on) by saying that she told them it "stopped working a week after we bought it". Save your money!!! They want you to think you are becoming "part of the Bill Carone Family" but at the same time they don't stand by their vehicles. I will never use them or recommend them again even with their free oil changes. Find better options. Will definitely be contacting the BBB.
