The store is always kept immaculate and for the floor space they have crammed in as much as possible with overkill. They also provide an "order before midnight" and it is is the next day. This is a great service as if 1) you see something you like but not in your size you can get it by the next day 2) if they haven't got something in stock then you can order from the next catalogue. You get an email and text to say your things are there. This is also good as you can try your stuff on there and then and return it if it's not right, rather than faffing around at home with return labels and postage and packaging. This is my favourite next :)

Although i would say one of the more expensive high street shops, The clothes are worth their price as quality is of a high standard. The shop has an excellent range of accessories, shoes and coats in many colours and styles to suit most. Ted Baker is probably my favourite brand in England. It's classy and can be either dressy with a…read morenice suit, or casual with their regular clothes. Add in their accessories (their leather briefcases and shoulder bags are very nice), and you can outfit yourself pretty well. You can find pretty good sales during the right seasons, which is good because normally their prices are not cheap - not crazy expensive, but when you know you can get something 50% off in a couple months it's pretty easy to hold off buying it if you don't need it immediately. So go, be your trendy and fashionable West London self if you want to, you'll fit right in with Ted Baker at your disposal.

Disgraceful disgusting company. Ordered a dress online. Couldn't fit it over my head and return…read moreit ASAP! They sent it back to me and said it was not in good return condition? What!? I didn't even wear it. I called customer service to complain. They were suppose to call me back for a 2nd review. By this time they sent it back to me. I called 2 weeks after and they decided without even seeing the product new with tags, they declined a refund? WTF!!!! Called again to speak to a supervisor and again no call 2 weeks later nothing! They obviously do not care about their customers. Disgusted and disappointed!! I will never ever buy anything from this company again and post this experience everywhere I can.
