However, I am disappointed with what she received. I live in NYC and am very aware that flower arrangements can be expensive. I am disappointed in the fact that this location is a nursery and should have tons of flowers at their disposal, so I expected a phenomenal arrangement compared to what I've bought and have gotten in NYC for the same price. Maybe it's better to buy in person where you see what you get but definitely do not recommend buying online. The flowers are beautiful and the arrangement is beautiful but definitely not worth the value paid.

She didn't want to make me an appointment and was completely unfriendly and rude. So much for good customer service.

Every year, my friend in California sends me flowers for my July birthday and they are from Valley Falls Flower Shop. They're always fresh and beautifully displayed in glass containers that are so pretty, that I've kept them. The flowers I received for this year's birthday are positively breathtaking. They were designed so skillfully that no matter what side I display on my table, they look tremendously different and spectacular. It's like I have multiple floral arrangements in one vase! I posted a photo on one of my social media sites and my friend said "there is nothing like this in Chicago." She asked if I'd send her the vase and I said I would. I always advocate to "shop local." Valley Falls Flower Shop (Cumberland, RI) has been in business since 1930. I am in awe of how fresh and beautiful the flowers always are and how artfully they are arranged. If Yelp allowed a million stars for a review, I'd give them to Valley Falls Flower Shop. Oh ... and the man who delivers the flowers is friendly and delivers the flowers with a great big smile. Hats off to a great small business!

Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they made floral arrangements in advance and texted me videos of the 360° view of them for me to make my selection. Beyond that, the delivery on the day of the event was seamless, including the fact that Steven returned to the venue after hours to retrieve the easel that I had rented from them for the gorgeous floral spray for the podium. The 11 floral centerpieces and 3 statement pieces completely transformed the space, and our guests could not stop commenting on their beauty. I am forever grateful to Steven and Karen, and should you have the great fortune of working with them for any of your future events, I promise you will be as well.
