Dear Sirs, I have bought some goods from bike-components.de on August, 05, 2015. But they didn`t delivery me the parcel and lost it (DHL confirmed some parcels missing). As the result, till the moment (one month has past), I have no money, no goods. Talked with operators (Tim, Ferdinand, Jean), but no any results. Shop managers contact they didn`t provide. May I ask your help, please, how can I refund my money? Thanks in advance, Yury. read more

Not happy! Ordered a pair of brakes that said deliverable immediatly. After one week they told me that delivery will be in one month because of delay from the importer. I decided to wait and one month later I had to ask again if the brakes are deliverable now. Answer was no again and that Shimano hasn't released the brake yet on the german market. I got the impression that they have no idea what they have in stock and what is happening on the market! read more

hope tech 4 besteld, leider bekomme ich sie nicht vor 10 jan 2010 hab sie aber anfang december beschtelt. kan ne andere kriegen 10 euro mehr. darf ich selber sahlen!!!! aubwohl sie mir versprochen haben das sie innerhalb einer woche max raus zu mir geht.
