I received beautiful diamond earrings for Christmas a few months ago that were defective. The butterfly did not screw seamlessly on the earring stem, as they should. I returned to the location and asked the saleswomen to replace the earrings because I was not comfortable having new diamond earrings that were not functional. I was told the difficulty screwing the earrings was due to them being new. I agreed to come back in the future if the problem persisted. A few months, later, my situation did not improve... I went back requesting a new butterfly as the women had advised me to do, only to be turned down, ridiculed and mocked by the sales women. I will not be returning to this location, and advise you to do the same. I ended up bringing my earrings to a new jewelry store who kindly changed my defective butterfly RIGHT AWAY with a small fee as I did not purchase them there. read more
