My husband bought a police watch on the 25th of june 2017. He paid over 230$ for the watch and it didnt even come with a manual only to be told to download it. On the 9th day my husband washed hos hands and some water fell on it and noticed a few hours later that there was a build up of humidity. So I read up on the the water resistant meaning and it clearly says that it can get some water on it but not for swimming. So I went back to the store so it can be looked at only to be told wait 48 hours and it will go away. Of course wait 48 hours because the exvhange period ended on the phone 10th day. The woman was rolling her eyes at me not being helpful at all. Telling me that nothing can be done because I wore it. It wasnt a bathing suit I bought its an expensive piece of jewelry. I received beautiful diamond earrings for Christmas a few months ago that were defective. The butterfly did not screw seamlessly on the earring stem, as they should. I returned to the location and asked the saleswomen to replace the earrings because I was not comfortable having new diamond earrings that were not functional. I was told the difficulty screwing the earrings was due to them being new. I agreed to come back in the future if the problem persisted. A few months, later, my situation did not improve... I went back requesting a new butterfly as the women had advised me to do, only to be turned down, ridiculed and mocked by the sales women. I will not be returning to this location, and advise you to do the same. I ended up bringing my earrings to a new jewelry store who kindly changed my defective butterfly RIGHT AWAY with a small fee as I did not purchase them there. read more

It was one of my worst shopping experiences. Marlene, the saleswoman, lied to me to complete her sale. She told me that silver jewelry would tarnish and cause infection and urged me to buy gold instead. Then, she promised me she would exchange the jewelry if my girlfriend did not like it. I returned two days later and she refused to reimburse the difference. Basically, Marlene will say anything to make the sale but once it's done, your shiznit out of luck if you need post purchase service. read more
