If you are waiting for them to get back with you, well don' hold your breath. It will be a week or more if you are purchasing and 2-3 weeks if at all if you have a return. This allows them to go past the 30 days and you are out. Would not recommend doing business here ever.

They purchased the Vinyl flooring that I had selected at Lowes and went right to work on the project.
