I went to Bighorn Fire Co for my EMT and CPR Refresher. Judy was a great instructor, which for me makes all the difference in the world. I'm not someone who can be thrown down in front of a book or read a power-point to and absorb the information; I'm a hands on type of gal. Bighorn Fire has great resources, lots of movies, dummies, and great personal experiences that make things relevant to my learning. If something didn't make sense she went over it with me till I had the "I get it!" moment happen. Judy helped to adapt things to my learning style and prior knowledge. If there was something not necessarily on her list of things to go over, but I had a question about it she would gather her resources and get the information for me. What is also nice is she can help get you the hours you need around your schedule since many of us work, but still need the refresher. Instead of having to wait till the weekend, she would sneak me in when she had open time. Thank you Judy and Bighorn Fire for one of the best medical trainings I have been involved in.
