This is THE BEST BIGGBY coffee I've been to. In fact, my mother and I have driven past 32 other Biggbys just because of the quality, pride and service from this location. They take pride in their products, always giving us information about the drinks we order such as the Caramel Apple drink is made with Michigan grown apples. Im not sure where they get their macaroons from, but im obsessed with them. I was going here about every day before work and it looks like they got some new girls working and I order the same thing every day with almond milk and for some reason the girl try to act like she couldn't hear me that I wanted almond milk but I'm very allergic to regular milk have been my whole life, so why would I not tell you I need almond milk? So I have never used this site. But figured I try. If you want attitude go there when the owner is there. Big guy scruffy looking. I get its 6 A.M in the morning and you may just have opened. I get there maybe stuff left over from the night before that should have been done. BUT. When you own a business especially one that caters to a customer who wants coffee or a pick me up. I'm sad to make this review because I finally found a coffee shop I liked. Today however I got frustrated. We waited 15 minutes for our coffee. I'm very understanding so if was busy I would get it. However if there are customers in store you shouldn't prioritize a doordash order with 15 items needed. Everyone there is great but they either need more help or a better system. Pretty darn good. I was hoping for a little more in the choices, and there may have been, but it was hard to tell. We got a few ice coffees and a bagel. The turkey bagel was super yummy but the coffees were okay. Not thrilled that they just filled them with more ice when the coffee didn't fill the cup. Give me more coffee, please. read more

If I could give them more I would. Tonight I stopped by on my way home to pick up my 2 large cups of creme brûlée and I met the sweetest kids (well young men) smart, diligent, you'd think they owned the place. The owner is fortunate to have a great team of young people. I've come in on a Tuesday and there are a couple of young women who are just as friendly and accommodating. I've doordashed from this place a handful of times. Many times, my food is made wrong, no cream cheese on my bagel, I am not provided straws, the drinks are made wrong and I know for a fact that I have ordered extra shots of espresso and they were not added. Many times I order and am told I cannot order certain items because they are out of stock. This happens multiple times a week. I frequent this location daily, and I must say the coffee is always fresh, the staff are super friendly and always so energized, and it's a great quiet place to read a book or sit with friends. Friendliest staff, always clean, and great coffee! I stop in a couple times a month on my way to work, and I'm always in and out fast. Why I'm writing today, finally, after a year or more of coming to this Biggby location: Yesterday, I stopped in only knowing I wanted a Pumpkin Spice latte (first of the season!), hot, but not size, and the guys were very funny. I'd been having quite the, erm, *eventful* day up to that point, and this was no exception to how things were progressing for me. I have been to quite a few Biggby Coffee's around the state of Michigan and for some reason, this one caught my attention so I decided to stop in with some friends and give it a go. It's roomy, almost too roomy. I feel like they could add a few more chairs or tables. I often wonder why Biggby doesn't have plush couches and chairs like some of the other coffee shops, and I don't just mean the 'bucks. I don't know about you, but I like to sip my coffee in comfort if I am not there to work remotely. One thing I did like was that the staff is very knowledgeable. My friend was in town from Washington, and we all know about the major coffee players there. The staff was very thorough in answering questions about Biggby Coffee. read more

Love this location! It's cozy and the staff are super friendly! It only took two visits before they memorized my regular order and start it up as soon as they see me walk in. It has that neighborhood community feel that usually takes years to build up. The coffee is always fresh and the owner (assuming it's the owner cause she's always on top of things and making everyone feel welcome) has a friendly and warm manner and is adamant that your order is perfect. This was my first time at this particular Biggby. I am amazed by the owner, Killoud. She was SO personable and knew the names (and drink orders!) of almost every customer that walked in. She also was training a new barista and was so thorough, kind, and professional. I wish I had known about this location while I was working on my dissertation! One of the friendliest coffee places in all of Dearborn. The owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They have patio seating to enjoy on warm days, and lots of windows to enjoy the inside on colder ones. Every once in a while they do latte art classes. This is the best Biggby in the state of Michigan! The Staff are incredible. They know everyone who walks in the door more then once. They remember names, drink orders and go above and beyond to make people feel valued. I go to so many coffee shops that are bland and generic, this Biggby is truly a community space. During Ramadan they host a party every Friday night with discount late night drinks, board games, henna tattoos, and food trucks. Its a great place. Go! Visit! Leave them nice tips. :) read more
