    I'm reviewing the wing bar. I really love their wings. Various flavors and a flavor of the month (buffalo, barbeque, teriyaki, orange sesame, etc.). Very flavorful and cooked well. Definitely one of my favorites at my local Big Y. That and the deals on Talenti gelato.

    Great Super Market, physically and literary. I love walking through these isles with that much choice of products from all over the world. It is clean, and everything is fresh, and nicely displayed. Y didn't I noticed you earlier Big Y, why?

    Very Disappointed with seafood dept.  Just ordered family fish fry and all of the onion rings a burnt.  Not what we have experience from STF

I tell everyone about your location and I still will. However, let me bring to your attention that the customer service was awful. I was not greeted by the young lady at the cashier station. I walked around with my little hand cart and she followed my every move. She saw me looking around for products, and not once did she ask could she help me(which I needed, but finally found it myself). Instead of thinking I'm a thief, she could of interacted with me to see why visited your location. I arrived at the cash out and she never looked at me, asked did I find everything, or even just make some type of chatter. The only thing she said was "would you like a bag for 10c". I said yes and she bagged my items. I tried to see if should would engaged. I ask what time the store closed (i know you close at 9) just to see if she would dialog. She said just the number "9" with no eye contact. She put my receipt in the bag, and pushed my bag towards me. I returned the hand cart. I said thank you, and she said nothing again. I felt like confronting her but I didn't. Please retrain your cashier on customer service. Your store is not cheap, so I expect to be treated with value. I've never been treated like that in this store. If I'm treated like this again, I'm done, and tell everyone not to shop.

The cabinet arrived with a damaged package. At first glance, the parts inside looked okay, so I began assembling it. It wasn't until I was almost finished that I noticed one of the corners was damaged -- right where a screw needed to go. The damage weakened the area, and when I stood the cabinet upright, the side nearly fell off, pulling other screws and fasteners with it. Since I had company coming over and the cabinet was too heavy for me to move to the garage, I finished assembling it despite the damage. After spending nearly two hours putting it together, I ended up with a wobbly, unstable cabinet that is too weak to use. I contacted Walmart about the issue. Their automated chat made it very difficult to reach a real representative. When I finally did, the agents seemed more interested in rushing me off the chat than actually addressing my concerns. They told me to return the cabinet, but I explained I couldn't transport it. They agreed to arrange a pickup, but that still leaves me feeling like I'm the one losing here. The "compensation" offered was a $25 gift card, which doesn't come close to covering the time I spent assembling the defective cabinet, the frustrating back-and-forth in their chat system, and now having to wait for pickup. To make matters worse, I tried to leave a review on Walmart's site to warn others, but I kept being redirected to the same support chat -- meaning I can't even share my feedback about the cheaply made product or the terrible support. I knew I was taking a risk buying furniture from Walmart, but I liked the look of this piece. Unfortunately, I learned my lesson. The cabinet is poorly made, the customer service is frustrating and impersonal, and the process is far more difficult than it should be. I've had far better experiences with Amazon and Wayfair, and I won't be making a furniture purchase from Walmart again.

One time I called them, and they put me on endless hold. I drove to Stop&Shop and walked to the counter. The woman was holding the phone but joking with another employee. They both ignored me for another several minutes and then I told them 'I was on endless hold' on that phone. The woman said 'so what?' That's what's in store for you.

Today I ordered $150 worth of groceries, and agreed to pay an additional $30 in delivery fees and a tip for the driver. Three hours after my order was "finalized" they informed me that they were only delivering $17 worth of groceries. But they still charged the full $30 in additional fees. Last week I ordered chicken legs that were on sale, and a couple of bottles of soda. Hours after my order cut-off, they emailed to say that the sale items were out of stock. They delivered the soda, but still charged the full delivery fees and driver tip as if they had delivered fifty pounds of chicken. Well, they got me for the last time. Their prices are great, better than the warehouse club for some items, but that only matters if you can actually get the items you order. Their order policies amount to nothing but a bait-and-switch scam, and I'm dome being scammed.
