The lies she told to make me cover costs of their planned renovation and not return security deposit was enraging and degrading. I don't plan to live anywhere else! I have a 2 bedroom/2 1/2 bath unit. The master bedroom is ENORMOUS. I enjoy having the option of a bathtub or stand up shower, too. The kitchen is large and beautiful. There's a lot of cupboard space and the stainless appliances and deep sink are a nice touch. Concerns? Some minor ones that you'll get wherever you lease. A lot of them are out of the control of the landlord and office staff. Working with the property manager and office staff has been a breeze. I have emailed the property manager on a few occasions and the response has been quick, regardless of the day and time! Bliss Property has put a lot of attention to detail at Waterford. I'm excited for the new pool to open and to have grass everywhere! I can't thank them enough for providing me with a place I'm happy to come home to.

She is never on property & resists finding solutions to any issue that arises. Once I reached my breaking point as the property had become a health & safety hazard due to rat infestation & no plowing/salting being done resulting in several tenants injuring themselves, I escalated my concerns to the CFO Rob Cavallari ... whom also rated this property 5 stars ... and he was no better. Completely arrogant, condescending and legit laughed at the issues i brought up. There are several MAJOR issues with Waterford including tenants that chain smoke & litter everywhere - management refuses to do anything about this, the smell of rotting garbage (there's only one dumpster!), rodents & insect infestation- they are destructive & will chew anything you leave outside including your vehicle, appliances that will break every few months, loud & disruptive neighbors and being pestered by the leasing office when you're about to move if multiple prospective tenants can tour during the peak of covid. Because tenants are never held to the terms of the lease it sets a precedent that "anything goes" which has made living here extremely unbearable. Also, the units are poorly constructed (drafts near doors, water back ups frequently, plumbing issues & heating / cooling issues etc.) and the complex offers no amenities aside from a poorly maintained pool. Very high turnover rate, no long term tenants. Bliss feels that they can ignore how their tenants feel and keep releasing unit after unit, how's this review? Maybe it's time to make some changes. Fire Rachel and stop turning a blind eye to tenants concerns especially when there are reported injuries due to your negligence.

There are incursions into the property grounds regularly by strangers, including apparently intoxicated people using the parking lot as a toilet, and potential thieves trying car doors of residents after dark. The open access building situation is a serious incident waiting to happen. Otherwise, it's mostly a nice place to live. Building manager is doing a great job.

Everyone from the maintenance staff, the wait staff, the nursing staff, and the management bent over backwards to make mom's stay at Bristol better than we could have ever hoped for. Sadly, mom became unsteady on her feet and could no longer stay at Bristol and had to move on to skilled nursing.
