I want to start by saying i found this company on thumbtack.com because I was looking for a party bus for my husbands birthday and I wanted to do something special. I never used Thumbtack so I was a little worried about giving my credit card info however my whole reservation from start to finish was secure and professional. . I got quick responses from Sam whenever i had a question or concern and he made sure to address. I was provided my drivers information prior to the reserved date to ask him any questions. The company had no problem with taking the my party to Orlando which is an hour away and bringing the group back to Tampa (which was another hurdle i was worried about with other companies).Our chauffeur was very professional, on time and provided excellent service. He even brought us extra soda, juice and ice. The price was perfect compared to other companies I reviewed, I literally paid half the price. The party bus was absolutely amazing! It had party lights, strobe lights, flat screen tv, club like sound system with Bluetooth connection so we could connect our music, a true party bus. It was very clean and very upscale! I plan to use this company again if I ever plan to get a party bus in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone! you definitely cant go wrong here! The only thing I would say that could make it better is if credit card reservations could be taken online but other than that I gave this 5 stars for the excellent service and party bus! read more

After lots of shopping around for party bus options for my wife's 40th birthday, went with Sam at Big Time Limo and I sure am glad I did. Sam was prompt to reply to all inquiries, offered the most competitive local price I could find, and extremely friendly and accommodating. As the bus rental was a surprise for my wife (with the intent of having friends preloaded before picking us up) there were a good number of details to work out. Sam was a huge help, coordinating with my group and making sure all the details were just right- the look on her face when a bus full of friends rolled up was absolutely priceless. Bus itself was super clean, well lit and had a fantastic sound system, and Sam was very friendly and open to our sort of random bar hopping schedule. We used Big Time Limo for transportation from our wedding to our reception. From the first phone call with Sam until the time he dropped us off, he was incredible! He was very responsive with calls and texts and went the extra mile. He was very good with explaining everything so there was never any confusion and he did everything he could to make our experience great. We had a very large party (25 people total) and got what the company calls the "Big Boy". The bus was awesome and really nice. Sam was outside of the ceremony and ready to go before we were, he had the bus loaded with drinks and ice, and he stopped numerous places around Tampa for us and our wedding party to take pictures. In early August I needed to find someone to drive my wife and myself to the Tampa airport as we were going on vacation for 3 weeks. I went on GOOGLE and called around 7 people but for loads of reasons I wasn't impressed at all. So I then went on CRAIG'S LIST and called Sam at BIG TIME LIMO and after speaking to him only a minute I knew he was my man!! He just seemed so sincere and dedicated and very reliable and I found out that my first impression of him was 1000% true. I can't say enough good things about him and his service. He was on time picking us up at our condo and on time picking us back up from Tampa and he kept in touch with me via text all during the 3 weeks. Trust me, don't waste time calling anyone else. Sam Picked My wife and I up from the airport and took us to our Motel on Treasure Island. When we arrived, he then told us about some fun things to do around our area, one of them was The John's Pass Boardwalk( and Sculley's Bar & Grill), we had a blast!! He said that if we had any problems with our room, give him a call because he knew of a good motel near where we were. Good thing, because we did not care for the room and we called him and he came back and took us down the street to another motel that was right across the street from the beach and a place called the shake shack(Yum)! I recently hired Sam to pick me and my girlfriend up for her birthday and he was super helpful with places to go and went above and beyond to help me make her birthday the best!!!!
