Yes, I would highly recommend using this business to install a generation for your house/business…read more Was very professional did not talk in circles went straight to the point and backed up what he said by his work and craftsmanship with him and his employees that he used to install the whole system. His presentation of the product and his recommendations were very well put together and very well spoken . And then at the end of the project, he done everything he said he would and a little extra . On the upside, it was the cheaper one as well . His follow up after the sale so far has been outstanding. I would highly recommend at least calling him and giving him a chance to earn your business.

I met Mr. Dale shortly after we first moved to Lumberton in 2002. He quickly resolved my well…read moreproblem, gave me a few pointers and offered me a reasonable invoice. Over the past 18 years, I have called on this company at least two other times. After having to use one of their competitors once because they were pretty busy, I learned just how much of a blessing it is to deal with a company that does business with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Next time I will wait days if I have to but will only do business with these guys. I'm happy to report that even after the business was passed on to his son, their honest approach has continued. Last week I had a problem. Mr. Dale's son insisted I do one final check on the regulator. A short tap removed the debris and everything started working as normal. It saved us at least a couple hundred dollars or whatever we might have fallen prey to from a shady competitor. I'm proud to know these folks and count it a blessing to have their contact info locked in my mobile.

I had posted a while back asking for referrals on carpet cleaning. I have three children who…read morebelieve the floor is to be used to hold food. Even though my carpet was only a year old it needed some serious TLC. Two rooms in the home had much older carpeting while all the other rooms were a year old. When the owner arrived he instantly made the kids and I comfortable. He assessed the work with me and got straight to work. I was so comfortable with him the kids and I went and ran errands while he worked. He did pick on me saying that my new carpet did not look bad at all. (More on that later.) When we returned home I was 100% satisfied. EVERY room looked fresh and new. Low to no odor. No items were damaged or broken. The carpets looked better then I had hoped even the old (and I mean OLD) ones. He followed up with me that evening to make certain I was satisfied. After telling him I was very pleased he let me know that he was wrong. My "new carpet" that my sweet darlings USED to roam around and create a child buffet on the floor was FILTHY! :) A mom knows when something is dirty even if she can't see it ;) I absolutely and highly recommend Absolute Floor Care of SETX.
