I have seen him bend over backwards multiple times to make sure customers feel like they are done right by. They're only rare customers who try to take advantage of our company that I've seen him be a little firmer with. Joe is our office manager and sales manager. He does a wonderful job corresponding with customers, especially with all the work that he has to take care of in addition to customer service. The service you receive when you walk through the door is the same service the field teams give when they install your order. Zack is our shop supervisor and is very diligent to take accurate measurements and provide clear game plans for getting work done efficiently, and our shop team works together and gets things done efficiently and professionally. I found an advertising sign for this company, we needed a new gate, in the beginning they were so…read moreattentive, we contracted with them on or about end of August, paid them 50% down payment, our current gate was having issues so we called them out and they were unable to fix it but charged us for the call and I paid it immediately. It is now the end of November and no fence and the only updates we get are when my husband contacts them. Yesterday my husband went to the shop and the promised they would be here today, November 23rd at 8 a.m... it is 8:30 and no show again today. We are now February 23rd and the fence has been completed and of course the owner brought the final invoice wanting a check THAT DAY! My husband simply said we would like to review the invoice please and will get a check to them next day. We have waited for a gate for 6 months! When my husband would ask questions about issues the owner would only push back and take no responsibility. In good conscience I can not recommend this company.
