Everyone there who has drawn blood from me has done a fantastic job. One woman was so adept that I wasn't even aware she had the needle in my arm until I looked. The woman at the front desk (maybe 30's, short dark hair) told me she would get them transferred within the week. I just called and there is no record of the request and nothing in the paperwork, despite the TWO forms I filled out. She lied to me, likely threw away the forms, and she deserves at the very least a writeup. My gallbladder is failing. I vomit constantly. I need surgery or I might have even bigger issues, and she did not feel it necessary to do what I asked to let me have potentially lifesaving surgery. I have an ORGAN that is FAILING. This is not a matter of medication info or something else a pharmacist can also help with or any other situation. This is quite literally life or death and I am unimpressed by the negligence.

He is the most unprofessional healthcare employee I've met. Brandon ignored privacy / HIPAA regulations. Once you get behind the door with him, he doesn't "ask" you to do things, he DEMANDS you do things. Never a "thank you", never a "please", ZERO bedside manner. He was so bad that I pulled out my iPHone and started recording his voice, although that was difficult ​because he spoke very little - only when he demanded an answer. He should be replaced immediately. On a much better note, the rest of the staff were 5-star experiences (reception and Dr. Chamberlain).

This group of doctors work so hard to bring world class care to Montana. They are great surgeons…read moreand compassionate people. While there can be a wait to see them, they are worth it. They have the best spine surgeon in Montana, Dr Russo. Dr DiGiovine is a world class shoulder and knee surgeon. Dr Blavatsky is a great total joint doctor. And Dr Gallagher can take care of fractures people would otherwise need to fly to Seattle or Salt Lake to get treated. Montana is lucky to have these doctors.

The Doctor was so rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful that I will never go back, even if I am obviously broken or bleeding. I will use the hospital. Nobody should be subjected to the lack of care and respect that I did with Dr. Webb.

The health care providers are friendly, thorough, respectful and take time to listen. This clinic is conveniently located next to the hospital so any lab work or diagnostic tests are promptly completed. This place is quite busy but very clean and run very efficiently. My wait in the waiting room was less than 15 min. Excellent Service here!
