Got to Wal-Mart auto center at 7:10 am for an oil change, I was first in line. After approximately…read morea hour I went to check if truck ready. I watched the technician pour 5 quarts of oil in and start my truck, letting it run for 2to3 minutes. He then started looking in a book. I then watched as he added another 10 quarts of oil. I asked the technician what was going on and he said he didn't know how much oil it held, and it wasn't on their computer. I asked for a manager and explained they had possibly damaged my engine, she did not seemed concerned, and threatened to call security for me taking pictures for documentation. At approximately 8:50 I personally checked oil level they hurriedly rang up my bill, no apology given or explained. I paid for this service (?) At 8:56 am. What a joke.!!!!
