All ways towing review…read more The truck that my grandfather, who passed away a month ago, gave me many years ago has been broke down for almost 2 years now. It has sat in my grandmother's driveway for over a year and at my house in Natchez for the last few months. In the past I have always been able to diagnose and repair any issues that the truck had, but this time I was at a loss.... That was until All Ways Towing!!! They came and picked the truck up from my house and once at their shop, had it diagnosed in a day and if it weren't for a bolt that required a special tool to remove, it would have been returned to me the following day!!! The guys were great at communication... whenever they found out something about the truck, I found out shortly after that.... They are also great to do business with!!! All ways Towing got the truck up and running again and even got it highway ready, as it needed a new inspection sticker!!!! They are a one stop shop for all your vehicle needs!!!! Do not hesitate, call All Ways Towing in Vidalia, La and they will take care of you!!!

We just finished The Trace. We quickly Googled for a bike shop and came up with this handy little…read morebike shop tucked inside a Western Auto store in Natchez, Mississippi. Not only did Matt Perkins skillfully and expertly resolve our problem he also extended southern hospitality to help us get our camping accommodations and food quickly. This was very welcome after many miles of being on the Natchez Trace and being tired, hot and hungry. Matt is warm, friendly and helpful and excited to hear about your adventures. The pricing is fair the selection is adequate the service is excellent. I would recommend this bike shop to my fellow bicyclist friends. Some great food at the Pig Out Inn and camping across the river in Vidalia. If on a bike take the southern expanse for the wide shoulder. Watch for glass and debris. Riverview RV Just to the left. Great hot showers. Matt helped us get all of this information to be safe and well cared for. A huge THANKS for making our arrival to Natchez memorable.

I have been a customer here for 30 years, I have bought…read morevehicles from them, and then I bring my van in because of vibrations - They give me 2 quotes one for tires and one for front hub repacking - which I know is not the problem as the vibration is definitely from the rear. I ask to take my van to a tire place next door They want $105 for a diagnostic fee - seems pricy to tell me I need 2 tires. I wanted a second opinion - I wanted to take my van to the tire place I normally buy tires from - (The price is less important than knowing I'm getting a quality tire). They did give me my van back - I have not paid the $105 fee - but I am very unhappy with their attitude. I put on 2 tires at Arthur's and the problem was solved ... I think I will give them the $105 and never go back They have lost me as a customer. They did turn down my $105 when I went back to inform them I was no longer a customer and I would never be back.

quality of work was performed poorly. vehicle was a brand new 2024 jeep compass. took over an hour…read moreand a half to complete it the first time. as soon as it rolled out of the shop I opened the back hatch to find multiple bubbles, scratches, and the bottom corners of the tint not sticking and peeling off. looked a little harder and found a cut in the drivers door tint also. asked to have the back window removed and replaced and was met with an attitude but they reluctantly pulled it off and restarted it, told them about the front window and they brushed it off like it was normal to have a cut in the tint. I the. called the owner and attempted to explain this to him but was met with extreme hostility as he started yelling that his son knows what he's doing and i can have my money back and they can rip the tint off. he also told me that the tint on the back glass was "supposed to peel". obviously after now waiting two hours for this to be complete I was given the option for them to fix it once again. still waiting after the two hour mark to get my vehicle and see if it's done correctly. this is my third vehicle being done with this company and the 2nd one that has been messed up. not the mention the conversation with the owner defending his son (of course) and his sons work, I find it extremely unprofessional to be okay with a almost 300 tint job that is clearly done incorrectly and being rude, cussing and yelling in the phone at the paying customer. after 3 vehicles in one year and two of them being done incorrectly, (my stupidity I know) they will never have to worry about getting my business again.
