Big H did our kitchen, and was absolutely fantastic to work with! We removed everything in our 90s kitchen, and worked with them to select and add new cabinets/countertops/hardware/faucets/appliances, everything. Toward the end of our project, we asked if they could add on LVP installment, as well as a small railing install. They had time and were able to do this for us very quickly too! We also had a few 'blue tape' items with tiny adjustments at the end of our project, which were handled well and quickly. Overall the timeline was MUCH faster than expected - the only small delays were in items coming in stock, but things moved much faster than the timeline they gave us which was fantastic! John was over quite a bit working on this, as were 2/3 other laborers who we became familiar with. All were very nice to work with, and the work was kept impressively quiet and clean for what they were doing. If there is one thing that can be improved upon - we didn't always know all the details ahead of time, as communication occasionally was lacking. Things were moving fast, and changing sometimes based on items coming in early/etc. so there were a couple times we were surprised that workers came in on a day we weren't expecting them to. This was no issue as Big H knew I work from home and have pets but no children in the house, so this did not cause any problems. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Big H for any home projects! I met with MANY other contractors, and felt more than comfortable trusting this project to John and Lauren from day 1. Their price point was fair, and nothing about it changed through our contract. Their reputation in the community is wide-reaching and stellar - I was never worried whether their product or work would turn out well, and was never worried about the workers in our home even when we often were outside of the house.
