Then when I called them, they said that my rental slipped through the cracks and they had no chairs available. That they would refund me. Luckily, I had a resolution... They then refunded me but forgot the bank fees I paid. I emailed them and then they said they would refund that as well. They didn't offer anything else but a refund. You'd think they would offer something a little extra... but nope!

They take your vision and turn it into something amazing! I was working on a strict budget for my wedding. My guests could not believe that I did not spend $20,000+ on my ceremony & reception. They set up the entire thing and it looked amazing. I can not say enough good things about working with them! I would recommend them to any bride! I contacted several event places in Conway, I chose them because they were warm, friendly, and flexible with my schedule. Their competitor only see's brides between 10-4 on Tuesdays. Well if your like me and work full time that just isn't an option. Pam was so accommodating, and worked around my work schedule. I will use them for any events in the future.
