THE BEST. My fridge…read moredied around 7pm the Thursday before Christmas 2023. Brad went above and beyond to pick up a new one, tow old one towed away, and installed a new one before midnight. Yes. Midnight. I ordered a new fridge from Lowes in Port Orange on-line from home. When he showed up at Lowes it was damaged and he refused to accept/load it. He then sent me the link to another one at the store in Ormond. By now it was 0930pm and the Ormond store closed at 1000pm. He hightailed it from Port Orange to Ormand. While I was on the phone confirming the payment he unpacked the new fridge, inspected it, wrapped it up secure with moving blankets, and loaded it on his trailer. They (Brad and Brook) arrived wearing logo business shirts. They hauled out the old fridge giving me ample time to clean the EW under where it hadn't been moved in years. He installed a new ice maker water line, removed all the packing material and film, cleaned up what very little mess they made, and bid me Merry Christmas. An extremely reasonable charge of $130 for an emergency. Not to mention he came back the next day to change out a fitting for the water service after the hardware store opened (no extra charge).
