After waiting, we contacted the business and were told the part order had been canceled and needed to be reordered. This same issue happened two more times, with zero communication to us each time -- we only found out because we called. We contacted the business multiple times and were often told the repair technician was not available. After more than 60 days, we finally received a call claiming they had never received any messages from us -- despite the fact that they still had our computer. Reluctantly, we agreed a fourth time to proceed with the repair, only to be told that the original part would not work and that a more expensive part was now required. After that, several more weeks passed, and 3-4 messages were left with no response. When we finally spoke with Dylan in Tech, he placed the blame on us and denied that we had made multiple attempts to contact them. This lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable. I would not recommend this business and will not use them again. We have since contacted another computer repair business in Laconia, and the difference in professionalism and respect has been night and day.

He also talked to the person who worked on my phone and made sure that he knew how easy a customer activation was, that he should never charge a customer for a job half-done, and when there's a question, don't assume and bring it to him. I have to say that he wanted to make everything right with me on that negative experience and I told him that he already had. With success comes growth and with growth comes issues. I know that most issues are people issues. In the end, I am fully accepting his apology and explanation. She was a bit prickly and indignant, saying she has done all manner of complicated sewing on bridal gowns for over 30 years, and "OF COURSE" she could do this! After she had had my fabric, etc. for OVER 6 MONTHS, and I had not heard from her, we called her. She only then said to come in for a fitting of a muslin 'mock up', setting the appointment for a week or two later. She did some pinning to the mock up at that time, complaining a bit about the complexity of the pattern directions. I again asked her if she could do this or not, and she INSISTED she could. Again, we never heard from her, and again we called after close to a YEAR went by! She had us come in again, and this time my husband went too. The muslin pattern she had made had not been touched, and she had not even started to make the actual jacket! IT WAS NOW A YEAR AND A HALF SINCE WE HAD GIVEN HER A DEPOSIT, AND THE FABRIC, THREAD, PATTERN, ETC.! In this time she of course worked for many other customers who came to her long after I did! Now, it is July of 2012. Brenda has had my fabric etc. FOR TWO YEARS! We have NEVER heard from her since we were there at our initiation about 6 months ago! I need my outfit. Enough is enough. I have a small business as well, and I have NEVER treated customers this way! In the two years this lady has had our fabric, and agreed to make the jacket, SHE HAS NEVER ONCE CALLED US; WE HAVE HAD TO CONTACT HER! Today, July 24, my husband went to her shop to pick up my pattern and fabric, telling her she could just keep the deposit. Now, we are back to square one, and must find someone else to make the jacket we thought we would have two years ago! We feel that all of this was just so unnecessary, and could and should have never happened. We are very disappointed in this woman's unprofessional and uncaring attitude, and we regretfully cannot recommend her to ANYONE. Save yourself a lot of grief and stress and go elsewhere.

I had just about thrown in the towel when I asked and got a tip from a girl that lives in the area and works at Jo Jo's (a great local store). She spoke highly of them because her dad gets all his service there. I trailered my boat and drove it over to Lane's End. I was greeted by the service manager (think his name was Tim?) who was so much more professional than people at other marina's I had been dealing with. He looked things over quick and you could just tell that he really knew what he was talking about. He gave me some prices up front and told me how long he thought it would take. I had my boat back in the water in just 2 days (and that was only because they had to get a part for it). And they were 100% fair on cost. It is rare anymore that a business will find you in a desperate situation and not try to take advantage of you............Can't say enough about how great they were. I will recommend this place to everyone.
