Horrible experience especially Mike Leonard. They charge more and do nothing!! Mike floats by 100% on the company advertising & internet & does nothing personally. No customer service. He trashes other agents, trashes buyers and even goes after you as a seller when you question him. All he talks about is being top in his office. Being top in an office of 10 agents is nothing to brag about. Refuses to be present for anything. They aren't even Realtors abiding by ethics and being a part of a board.
