My first indication that I made the right choice was when Tony and Tamir arrived to move my belongings. They were straight up, great guys.. friendly, polite and informative. After observing how carefully and effectively they handled our heavy items and fragile antiques, I felt confident enough to leave the house and have them continue without me. I had requested three movers due to needing as many to move my heavy, bulky and also, fragile items when I first moved in. Tony and Tamir amazed us with their super human strength in moving all items with a coordinated effort. They were organized, courteous and efficient. Truly, I can't express what confidence they gave me with their professionalism and capability. They were top notch from beginning to end. And, they were quick. No dilly dallying at all. They knew what they were doing, so that something I thought would require my supervision, ended up being a hand off process the whole way through. They broke my flatscreen and only want to give me $150! The 3 workers were arguing loudly in our house and outside at our new neighborhood! We had to tell them twice to knock it off! They damaged 2 entryway exterior doors and multiple areas in the stairway. They didn't finish putting together one of the bedroom sets. Their settlement offer was $500 but wanted me to sign a non-disclosure that I could not post any reviews! It threatens to seek $1000 per negative review! Disgusting and dishonest scammers! Don't ever use this company!!

I live next to one of pestgards employees by the name of Keri Brewer, who drives a company car home everyday and who i am sure advises customers about not having standing water on their property. Her property has countless buckets, pans, pots, and other trash full of standing water. If this site would permit, i would include photos that clearly prove my post. They did not remove the tenting until Wednesday evening and began fans to clear it out. The process ended Thursday afternoon after 3 phone calls for information. Then when they removed the tarps, they damaged to siding and flashing in 4 or 5 places. When I inquired, they said it was the property's fault as the flashing was too thin and the tarps were too heavy. In short, they refused to repair anything. Never use this company. Basically he told me I could come buy a new knob and try that otherwise he'd have to come out and would probably cost around $150 or I could just buy a new (used) dryer from him. I wanted to try just the knob first to avoid my grandma paying more money. Around 3pm we went to the store (which google maps takes you to the wrong place, it is no longer by the vacuum place). So I called him back to double check on the location. He tells me they closed up early & won't be back open till Monday. Okay fine no problem. Then I asked the dreaded question... Me: "Do you happen to know anywhere else I could get a knob?" Owner (rude & sarcastically): "No! No I don't. Hah! Why would I?" Me: "What do you mean why would you?" Owner: "Hah. Why would I? Even if I did why would I tell you?!" Me (honestly confused): "Because you're in the appliance business and to help someone who's asking for your help?" Owner (angry & yelling at this point): If you went to Walmart do you think they would tell you to go to another grocery store?! No they wouldn't!"
