I contacted CarPros of Atlanta and I was able to get on their schedule pretty quickly! On the day of the wash, they showed up at my house at the time they said they would be there and proceeded to spend several hours detailing my car. They were able to get all the bugs, that I thought were going to be a permanent part of my car's paint, cleaned off. They also spent extra time getting the insane amount of dog hair out of the carpets. It was worth every penny! I was extremely satisfied and would gladly refer friends and family.

When I asked why they said it's "dirty". But that's why you take your car to a car wash right? When it's dirty. I didn't know it was a different price when a car is "excessively dirty" which my car wasn't. I did pay the price because a bird has been pooping on my car and I was ready to stop looking at it. When I got my car back everything looked pretty good. But..... there was bird poop on my car. I feel like if you wanna make sure you get me to pay extra then make sure at least the exterior is completely clean. Other than that they did a good job.

My husband has been taking our cars here many years and they used to do a good job. This time I should have done it myself for $36.40. I had wiped off the dead leaf dust between the hood and the windshield vipers, so I expected them to wipe a bit more, with a wet towel to make it clean. And another thing, inside both of my front doors were some dark marks that came off with a cleaner. NOT worth the money ey this time.

Really disappointed in WASHWORKS Car Wash. I've been a Customer for almost 15 years. But after…read moreyesterday, I'm done. In the morning I brought in my Wife's Cadillac. I was overall pleased, but had the detailer, Trevor, clear the glaze/haze off the windshield. He did it without issue and I left to go home to get my Tahoe. When I returned, I was greeted by Brandon. He made a big point to me that he is now the new site manager. He tried to upsell me on the wash level I had chosen. I explained why I did not feel I need it. He agreed & they started my wash. When I was summoned to inspect my car, I saw the exact same glaze/haze on my windshield. I pointed it out the detailer. When he started to address it, Brandon came running out asking what was he doing? I explained that the windshield was not clean. Brandon then told me that I needed to buy the higher level car wash to get the kind of service I was expecting. I was shocked! I asked him if a clean windshield was too much to ask for. He said that it was clean enough, but that if I wanted it done right, I needed to buy the highest level car wash. He said he only wants Customers that are willing to spend more & take care of his staff. i asked him if he was willing to lose Customers like me with almost 15 years of history? He said he was fine with having only Customers that were interested in taking care of his people. So to recap, I went to a car wash that I have been loyal to for almost 15 years. I paid for a wash package that included cleaning the windows. When I asked the person that told me the vehicle was ready to actually clean the windshield, the site manager told me I was not entitled to that. And that I needed to step up to the top tier car wash if I want my vehicle actually clean. So now I'm looking for a new place to have my cars cleaned.
