I have attempted for over two weeks to secure a climate controlled storage for my daughter…read moretransferring dorms at Sul Ross State University. I made several phone calls and was told I would receive a call back. No one ever called back! I tried to secure it with a credit card and apparently their Square travels around the country so they can't take payment to secure anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hope as I get into town tomorrow I am able to find an alternate storage facility because now instead of two weeks to move her stuff out, we have one day! AVOID THIS PLACE!
