My experience was fraught with scams perpetrated mostly by the realtor. I made the mistake of trusting Larry Faust. How someone like him can keep a license I'll never know. He listed this place with 672sqft MORE than was actually there!! To make matters worse, I trusted him to recommend a home inspector. Yes, stupid, I agree. A basement is a basement no matter what improvements have been done. Basements are not living area. Just as rooms without closets are not bedrooms.
