Recently had Brandon his assistant over to clean a vintage living room chair. Brandon explained the difference in fabrics used. He advised that the fabric would look different in lighting and the way the weave would appear. And it did. The setup, cleaning, and ending were very well done. I would highly recommend Joe, and Brandon to get the job done right. I read a couple of negative reviews. I believe there was either a miscommunication between both parties. Or one is so much, not as Joe would ever do. Joe will throughly explain the work to be done. And also let you know of any possible issues that may happen with your particular pieces needing cleaning.

Brandon, who came out to do the work, was professional and thorough. The stains were completely removed, and there was no harsh chemical smell. I also really appreciate that their method uses much less moisture than traditional steam cleaning. For my minimal couch, heavy wet steam could have caused the fabric to bunch, but their process worked perfectly. I have a black couch and the color stayed rich with no fading. Highly recommend!

Take my advice: GO STRAIGHT TO JOSUE! He came to my house the same day for an estimate, was extremely friendly and offered very fair pricing to clean my two, very dirty, large area rugs (a Turkish vegetable-dyed wool and a crewelwork). These rugs are both pretty tricky to clean, and previous attempts yielded so-so results. Josue took them to his shop for full-immersion cleaning, and they both came back on time (he promised two weeks, and was early) and really clean. He mentioned there may be an odor from the stain-protecting treatment he added, but I never detected one. The Turkish rug feels so soft and cozy now. Josue also cleaned the (also very dirty - I have two little kids) upholstery on several chairs, which came out great. He truly takes pride in his work, and as others mentioned, he is a very kind person, and is simply a pleasure to work with. He even left me with cleaning solution to tide me over until our next cleaning. Great guy, great service.

I purchased a home that the previous owner had left pretty nasty. There was a lot of debris left outside as well. I needed some professional assistance. The owner Luis showed up early for our walk through. He was communicative, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Very professional. When our cleaning and power washing date came- he and his team once again showed up right on time. They were amazing. I have used many cleaners and none were as thoughtfully thorough as this one. They went above and beyond in all of the nooks and cranny's. I have a very discerning eye and they truly exceeded my expectations. When I arrived back they were taking off every window screen and cleaning it, there was a woman on the counter, cleaning every nook of a light fixture! Every doorknob, light switch...The thoroughness and care spent was truly exceptional. The Powerwashing made the house and yard come alive! They allowed me to feel like I was moving into a fresh brand new home. They were kind, enthusiastic, friendly, and pure professionals. The cost was very reasonable. Across the board- A++++++

His work ethic and the results were so good we just kept adding things! After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Nick is detail oriented and fastidious, two great qualities for a cleaner. Our house was furnished, which certainly made the job more work for Nick, what with moving the furniture around etc, but he took it in stride. He seemed to really want to get the job done right. We highly recommend Nick, particularly for a DEEP CLEAN.
